    • Provided is a sound source determining system which can accurately and economically identify the position of aircraft in an airport or the like. The direction of a sound source is determined by arranging a plurality of acoustic sensors (S0, S1, S2, S3, . . . , S-1, S-2, S-3, . . . ) in an array at a prescribed interval for detecting an acoustic signal produced from the sound source, connecting a plurality of delay circuits (D0, D1, D2, D3, . . . , D-1, D-2, D-3, . . . ) having delay times which are different from one to a next by a unit time period (.tau.) to the outputs of the acoustic sensors, adding up the outputs of the delay circuits in an adder circuit (AD), and determining the direction of the sound source according to the unit time period (.tau.) which will maximize the output of the adder circuit.

    • A toner composition for electrophotography comprises, as a principal component, a reaction product of a mixture which comprises 20 to 80% by weight of a polyester resin (A) whose number average molecular weight ranges from 1,000 to 5,000, whose glass transition point ranges from 0.degree. to 50.degree. C. , whose OH value ranges from 20 to 60 KOHmg/g and which is prepared by using at least one trifunctional alcohol in an amount of from 2 to 10 mole % on the basis of the total amount of starting raw alcohols consisting of at least one diol and at least one trifunctional alcohol; and 80 to 20% by weight of a polyester resin (B) whose number average molecular weight ranges from 1,000 to 5,000, whose glass transition point ranges from 50.degree. to 90.degree. C. and whose OH value is not more than 5 KOH mg/g, with a diisocyanate. The toner composition has hot-melt properties suitable for rapid copying, for instance, the lower limit of fixing temperature thereof is low and the temperature range within which the toner can be fixed is very wide. Moreover, the toner composition is excellent in resistance to offset, antiblocking properties, resistance to ADF contamination, pulverization properties and quality of images. Thus, the toner composition shows practically excellent quality as a toner composition for electrophotography.

    • Hydraulically operated transmission having plural gear trains each selectively established by engagement of an associated hydraulic clutch. Each hydraulic clutch has an outer member and an inner member with the inner member being divided into at least a first inner part and a second inner part engaged in parallel with the outer member. A one-way clutch is interposed between the first inner part and the second inner part of each hydraulic clutch. The first inner part of each clutch is directly coupled to a member on one of the input side and the output side of the hydraulic clutch. The second inner part is connected to that member through the one-way clutch so that the one-way clutch allows overrotation of the second inner part when the member is on the input side and overrotation of the member when it is on the output side.
