    • A wind velocity measuring device is used in an electronic apparatus including cooled objects and cooling fans for cooling the cooled objects and measures a wind velocity of air blown to the cooled objects. The wind velocity measuring device includes a wind velocity measuring unit that measures a wind velocity of air, and an air circulating unit that circulates a portion of the air blown to the cooled objects. The air circulating unit includes barrier portions that extend to cross a circulation direction of the air at a front stage side of the circulation direction of the air, and an exhaust port that discharges inner air to the outside and is formed at a rear stage side of the circulating direction of the air, and the wind velocity measuring unit measures a wind velocity of the air between the barrier portions and the exhaust port in the air circulating unit.

    • A resinous throttle body has a bore wall part having a double pipe structure constructed with a bore inner pipe and a bore outer pipe that are connected with each other via an annular connecting part. The annular connecting part has axial board thickness set to be less than the minimum radial thickness of a portion of the bore inner pipe and a portion of the bore outer pipe that are located around the annular connecting part. Therefore, the annular connecting part can be formed to be in a thin-walled radially elongated plate shape. The annular connecting part has a radially cross-sectional length larger than its axial board thickness, so that rigidity and strength of the annular connecting part is decreased. Therefore, contraction of the bore outer pipe occurred in its molding process does not largely affect the bore inner pipe, so that a cylindrical-shaped inner periphery of the bore inner wall, which rotatably receives a disc-shaped throttle valve, can be restricted from being deformed.

    • A throttle apparatus includes a throttle body having a motor insertion hole in which a motor is received. The throttle body has an undercut groove perpendicularly extending with respect to the axial direction of the motor around the insertion hole. A metallic plate is inserted into the undercut groove, so that a motor engaging hole formed in the metallic plate is attached to the throttle body, and a motor engaging hole formed in the metallic plate engages with the motor. A sensor cover is attached to the metallic plate, so that a notch formed in the metallic plate engages with an engaging boss integrally formed in the sensor cover to steadily receive a motor, such that the motor is restricted in the axial direction of the motor and in a direction which is perpendicular to the axial direction of the motor.
