摘要： Composition and methods are disclosed for utilizing micro-aggregation of FAP-containing complexes to promote their fast internalization. This approach allows the uptake of cytotoxic cargo coupled to either FAP-Antibodies or FAP-liposome complexes by tumor bladder cells. Importantly, this approach is efficient even under serum-free conditions such as the ones found in the lumen of the bladder.

Certain methods comprises contacting a substrate surface with first and second precursors, the first precursor comprising an aluminum precursor selected from dimethylaluminum hydride, alane coordinated to an amine, and a compound having a structure represented by: wherein R is a C1-C6 alkyl group, and the second precursor comprising a metal halide. Other methods relate to sequentially exposing a substrate to a first and second precursor, the first precursor comprising an aluminum precursor as described above, and the second precursor comprising Ti(NR′2)4 or Ta(NR′2)5, wherein R′ is an alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, keto or aldehyde group.

Counter-intuitively, the reliability aspect of a protocol may cause sub-optimal performance when considering this special class of applications in some environments. To resolve this performance issue, the exemplary illustrative non-limiting protocol implementation favors timeliness over reliability by allowing for loss of data, thus providing a non-guaranteed, order sensitive level of service. Such features can be combined in the same system and data stream/channel with a guaranteed-reliable protocol to provide a roamable VPN simultaneously providing both guaranteed-reliable and real-time, dynamically adaptable performance.
