    • A liquid-resistant control systems enclosure may include a shell, a shaft and at least one shell anchoring member. The shell may include a top, a shell wall connected to and extending downwardly from a perimeter of the top, and a sleeve. The shaft may extend upwardly through a surface pad and may be adapted to pass through the sleeve. The sleeve may include a sleeve wall extending downwardly from an inner perimeter of an opening in the top. The sleeve may matingly engage the shaft to move the shell between a raised position and a lowered position. The shell may be moveable between a latched position and an unlatched position. The shell may be adapted to be positioned in the latched position when the shell is in the lowered position.

    • The present invention provides a lath furring strip having a height not exceeding 0.365 inches which has a flexible elastic water resistive barrier (e.g. rubber) to minimize water seepage from the plaster on the lath to a structure behind the lath furring strip and a hemmed mounting leg to increase the strength of the mounting leg near the lath attachment hole. By incorporating a flexible elastic water resistive barrier into the lath furring strip, when the flexible elastic waterproof barrier on the lath furring strip is squeezed by the force of a screw or nail that secures the lath furring strip to a sheathing or moisture barrier (such as building paper), any holes in the sheathing or moisture barrier which might have allowed water to seep from the plaster to the sheathing will be sealed due to the properties of the flexible elastic water resistive barrier covering those holes.

    • A pre-notched drip edge assembly and related method includes a plurality of drip edge sections interconnected end-to-end to form a continuous water barrier along a roof edge. Each drip edge section has a formed one-piece construction with a top flange and a bottom flange having an inverted L-shape with upper and lower legs. The forward edges of the top flange and the upper leg are integrally interconnected along a folded-over nose having a wedge-shape.     • A trench drain system and method of installation thereof on a level floor surface. An elongate channel member is placed on the floor surface. A preformed elongate sloping member having a thick end tapering to a thin end in inserted into the channel with its thin end closest to the channel drain opening, thereby forming an inclined sloping surface. A grate extends over the channel inlet. The area adjacent the channel is filled to the height of the channel, whereby water thereon flows through the grate into the channel, along the inclined surface and out through the drain opening. The channel can be placed adjacent a vertical wall whereby wall tile may be installed over a channel top edge. The floor area adjacent the channel is filled with preformed sloping sheet members or with plastically formable material positioned at an incline using a floor height setting post.
