摘要： A waterproof sheet which is for application to a site to be waterproofed in order to prevent rainwater infiltration thereinto and retard deteriorations which proceed with time, the waterproof sheet comprising: a base layer that comprises a silicone rubber composition reinforced with reinforcing fibers and that has physical properties including high strength; and a pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive layer that has been formed on one surface of the base layer and that has a low hardness and is highly tacky. The waterproof sheet provided by the present invention less breaks than conventional waterproof sheets because of the reinforcement layer, and can conform to cracks or dislocations occurring in the surfaces to which the waterproof sheet has been applied, due to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one surface. Since the waterproof sheet includes silicones as main components and is hence excellent in terms of weatherability, heat resistance, and freeze resistance, this waterproof sheet can retain the function required of waterproof sheets, over a longer period.

摘要： A flexible seal system for provision of a substantially watertight seal between adjacent concrete panels; said system comprisinga first flexible seal member proximate a first end of one said concrete panel; said first flexible seal member including a surface component extending over a portion of an outer surface of said concrete panel; said surface component extending from at least one anchor component projecting from said surface component and embedded within said concrete panel; said first flexible seal member further including an overlap component extending from said surface component beyond said first end of said concrete panel; and a second flexible seal member proximate a second opposite end of an abutting said concrete panel; said second flexible seal member including a surface component extending over a portion of a surface of said abutting concrete panel; said surface component of said second flexible seal member extending from at least one anchor component projecting from said surface component and embedded within said abutting concrete panel; and wherein the overlap component of the first flexible seal member is structured and selected in use to overlap the surface component of the second flexible seal member sufficient to permit welding of at least a portion of said overlap component of said first flexible seal member to at least a portion of said surface component of said second flexible seal member so as to form a continuous welded seal between and along the length of said first flexible seal member and said second flexible seal member.

摘要： A building comprises an exterior substrate, such as an exterior prepped for application of a building material and one or more expansion and control joints. A window or door casing has a surface extending above the substrate, and a casing bead control joint with a spacer strip defining a space between the casing and the control joint. For example, the strip is removable by peeling away the strip from an adjacent flange, which may have an optional permanent gasket or back rod preinstalled for filling the space between the casing and the control joint. The control joint may be combined with one or more other expansion or control joints fixed to the exterior of the substrate and a layer of a building material may be applied on the substrate and overlapping a portion of the expansion and control joints.

摘要： A protective covering helps to prevent fastener leaks from roof installed fasteners, which are used to mount roofing systems, such as a solar panel installation system, to roofs with a mounting bracket attached to the roof. The protective covering is a portion of flat, malleable waterproof material molded to form a cover, forming a rounded or peaked triangular-shaped structure when viewed from the side. The triangular shaped structure includes a base and a hypotenuse portion where the line of the roof acts as a side which is covered by at least the hypotenuse portion. The hypotenuse portion meets the roof at an angle. The covering is adapted for insertion under portions of a roof shingle, and extends back in a slight rise (downwardly with respect to the roof) to cover the fastener and L-shaped bracket, which the fastener fastens to the roof.
