    • An electromagnetic valve generally has a housing, a valve element, an electromagnetic driving portion and a filter. The housing forms a fluid flow passage therein. The valve element is installed in the housing to control a flow of a fluid through the fluid flow passage. The electromagnetic driving portion is installed in the housing to generate a magnetic attraction force when it is energized to actuate the valve element. At least a part of the electromagnetic coil is within the fluid flow passage. The filter is installed in the fluid flow passage on an upstream side of the at least a part of the electromagnetic driving portion to filtrate the fluid flowing through the fluid flow passage.

    • A faucet for a cold/hot fountain water machine has a mounting base, a cover, a positioning tube, a hot water delivery tube, and an external tube wherein the mounting base is equipped with a pair of cold and hot water controlling handles bifurcating at both sides thereof for regulating the discharge of cold/hot water. The cover is sleeve joined to the external tube and securely located thereto via a C-shaped hook. The external tube is sleeve joined to the upper section of the hot water delivery tube thereof with the hot water delivery tube thereof housed therein and a fissure pipe line defined thereby for the discharge of cold water. The mounting base also has a recycle tube for sending cold water taken in via a diverted line of a water inlet tube thereof to a heater connected to one end of the hot water delivery tube for the discharge of hot water. Via the constant recycle of cold/hot water, the mounting base is guarded from the danger of high temperature when hot water is discharged for a long time; moreover, the fissure pipe line can also insulate the heat transfer of the hot water delivery tube and lower the temperature of the external tube to effect further security thereof.

    • A hot water supply system is provided, which includes a ring pipeline which extends through a water heater and in which water circulates, before going through tap pipelines to taps. The circulation pipelines have a substantially smaller cross-section than that of the tap pipelines. The circulation pipelines extend, for a portion thereof, in the interior of the tap pipelines before terminating openly in a region of a tap. A pipe branch piece is included, which is in the form of a continuous pipe and forms a component of the tap pipeline. A branch pipe of the pipe branch piece receives the circulation pipeline. The branch pipe forms an acute angle with the tap pipeline, with the angle being opened opposite to the flow direction in the tap pipeline. The section of the circulation pipeline, which extends to the tap, is inserted endways into the branch pipe, while the remaining section of the branch pipe joints at the branch pipe and at the ring pipeline.

    • A closed-center controller is disclosed, especially of the type utilized in hydrostatic power steering systems. The controller includes valving which, in the neutral position, defines a bypass passage communicating inlet fluid through the interior of the hollow, primary valve member to the tank port of the controller. The bypass passage includes a variable bypass orifice having a maximum flow area in the neutral position of the valving and decreasing to zero as the valving is displaced from the neutral position. The variable bypass orifice permits the passage of just enough fluid, typically in the range of about 0.25 gpm to about 0.5 gpm, to minimize the temperature difference between the controller valving and the remainder of the hydraulic system, thus minimizing the possibility of thermal seizure of the valving within the controller.
