摘要： A packing device for electrode sheets is provided in the present disclosure. The packing device is used for pasting tapes on a stack structure consisted of the electrode sheets to packing the stack structure. The packing device is included of a tape fetching mechanism, a couple of claws, a carrying mechanism and a positioning mechanism. The tape fetching mechanism is used for moving a tape and putting on the claws. The claws are arranged at interval and a gap is thereby formed between the claws. Each claw is included of a chamfer surface, and the chamfer surfaces are arranged at opposite sides of the gap. The carrying mechanism is used for loading the stack structure. The positioning mechanism is used to drive the claws and the carrying mechanism move related to each other.

The sealing plate is fitted to an inner peripheral surface of an opening of the case. Each of the plurality of spacers is arranged at the center of a flat surface on each side of the battery pack, and a contour of a contact region of the spacer with the flat surface is smaller than a contour of the flat surface of the battery pack. The plurality of spacers and the plurality of battery packs are alternately stacked. The plurality of spacers and the plurality of battery packs are applied with a load in a stacking direction. The center of the flat surface of the battery pack is recessed in a shape of a contour of the spacer by the load.

The non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes a positive electrode active material layer on a surface of a positive electrode current collector, a negative electrode active material layer comprising an aqueous binder on a surface of a negative electrode current collector, a separator for maintaining an electrolytic solution, and a gas releasing means for releasing a gas generated within the power generating element to an extra space inside of the outer casing, and in which the ratio value of a volume f the extra space to a volume of pores included in the power generating element is 0.5 to 1.0.

The non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery has a positive electrode active material layer, a negative electrode active material layer, and a separator. The density of the negative electrode active material layer is 1.4 to 1.6 g/cm3, an electrolyte solution layer is disposed between at least one layer of the negative electrode active material layer and the positive electrode active material layer, and the separator, and the ratio of total thickness of the positive electrode, the negative electrode and the separator to total thickness of the positive electrode, the negative electrode, the separator and the electrolyte solution layer, is 0.85 or more and less than 1.0.
