摘要： Methods of making a woven laminated plastic bag having an easy open feature are provided. The easy open feature is generally defined by a weakened portion in the bag, such as formed by cutting, punching, or using a laser to provide a plurality of cuts and/or perforations in the bag. In various aspects the bag can be fabricated from a woven polypropylene and/or polyethylene layer, which can be laminated with a film layer, can form a pinch bottom bag, and can have one or both sides include graphics and/or printing. The bag can also be sealed to be sealed to provide a top end and/or a bottom end either or both of which provide a discrete area which may contain discrete graphics and/or printing.

A first chamber is adapted for housing an unused feminine hygiene product, and a second chamber houses a disposal container for discarding a plurality of feminine hygiene products and materials, including the pouch itself. In an example embodiment, at least one chamber is expandable for hygienically disposing of the feminine hygiene materials therein. The chambers can share a common sealed edge, such as a heated seal, for enabling simultaneous access to each of the compartments. In another example embodiment, the pouch includes a partitioning seam for defining the chambers such that the outer wall can be operably removed from each chamber in succession for accessing the contents therein.

In order to form individual woven plastic bags, the fabric tube is cut transversely into pieces of the fabric tube suitable for subsequent filling and sealing.

The bag includes a plurality of shift regions at bottom portions of the sidewalls. The bag can be moved about the shift regions such that the bag is shiftable between a flat configuration with the first and second sidewalls positioned adjacent to each other and a stand-up configuration with the first and second sidewalls separated from each other. In the stand-up configuration, the bag is shifted about the shift regions such that a substantially flat base is formed for the bag. The stand-up configuration is thereby achieved without a pleat being provided between the sidewalls at a bottom of the bag. The bag further includes a cuff region that is disposed below the top of the bag for cuffing of the top of the bag.

The cooking aid includes a piece of foil for wrapping around a turkey or other fowl or food to serve as a cooking blanket to retain heat and moisture, and also serve as a lifter for lifting the fowl out of a roasting pan. The foil typically includes one or more pleated sections having panels folded along longitudinal folds which may be unfolded to expand the piece of foil. The foil may include left and right pleated sections with a central section of the foil therebetween. Drain holes are typically formed in the central section, which may also be embossed with logos or the like. Axial sections of the foil may be folded at an axial fold to overlay one another. Portions of the foil may be formed into rolled handles to help lift the fowl.

摘要： A new package for storing bulky goods is disclosed. The package is formed from a bag having a width and depth at its base portion and meeting at a top edge, the top edge having no depth. Due to the top edge having no depth, the width of the material on the top portion of the package extends out further than the width of the material on the base portion. To create a package having streamlined aesthetic that looks nice on a shelf, the excess material in the top portion of the bag is folded into the interior of the bag to form a false side gusset. To allow for such folding the bag, in desirable embodiments, side edges of a first and second web forming the bag angle inward at between about 30 degrees and about 60 degrees at a top portion transition point on the bag.
