摘要： A corrugated pallet produced from two flat blanks is provided. The pallet may include a pallet top, a pallet bottom, and a plurality of corner straps locking the pallet top to the pallet bottom. Each of the pallet top and the pallet bottom may include folded portions, the folded portions of the pallet top interlocking with the folded portions of the pallet bottom when the pallet top and the pallet bottom are assembled to each other in nested relation. The pallet top may define a top surface of the pallet. The pallet bottom may define a bottom surface of the pallet. The corner straps may lock into one or both of the pallet top and the pallet bottom from the top or bottom surfaces of the pallet.

Each of the slats is substantially identical and each has different opposing faces so that when the slats are reversed the different faces provide different cargo-supporting surfaces. There are slat grooves on the runners into which the slats are mounted, along with endwalls, to prevent something from extending between the slats and the runners to separate slats and runners. Blockers extend laterally from one or both sides of the slats to prevent a forklift from contacting the cargo, and when the slats are reversed the blockers interlace.

摘要： A corrugated paperboard pallet is produced from two flat blanks which comprise a pallet top and a pallet bottom. The two blanks are each folded to produce only two parallel vertically extending double thickness ribs, three horizontal panels, two vertical side walls and two horizontal flaps. The ribs of the pallet top and pallet bottom lock each other from opening in the center of the pallet by intersecting perpendicularly with notches in the ribs. The horizontal flaps lock the ribs from opening at the edges of the pallet by intersecting perpendicularly with notches, and the vertical sidewalls include vertical flaps that open inward defining fork passages whereby the vertical flaps lock said horizontal flaps from opening.

Each of the second base members includes a second step-shaped connecting portion for guiding the step-shaped positioning portion of the longitudinal bar and the step-shaped positioning portion of the transversal bar. Accordingly, the longitudinal bar or the transversal bar would not be unaligned with or protruded from the base member during the assembly, and the assemblable pallet can be assembled in an efficient and convenient way.

摘要： The invention relates to a self-assembly formed by a series of longitudinal members and cross members, all of the longitudinal members being identical to one other and all of the cross members being identical to one other, such that only two types of parts are required to construct the structure. Owing to the shape of the parts, they can be assembled to one another to create a solid structure without requiring any other connecting materials or elements. The longitudinal members comprise a series of slots into which narrowed segments of the cross members are inserted. Once the cross members have been inserted into the slots they are trapped therein by moving the longitudinal members and, in order to prevent this movement occurring in the opposite direction, other cross members are inserted into slots provided in the longitudinal members for this purpose.

摘要： A weldless aluminum pallet has slats that interlock with outside and inside stringers to form the pallet without need for permanent attachment points. Grooves in the stringers receive a projection on each slat, holding the slat in place. Preferably, a single projection extends along the length of the slat body. The projection is shaped to cooperate with the groove such that the slat attaches perpendicularly to the stringers. The groove is shaped to retain the slat's projection by friction fit, creating an interlocking joint. The front and rear slats on each face may be fastened to the stringers by screws or other removable fasteners. Pure aluminum or an aluminum alloy may be used, and the material may be tempered using known tempering techniques. The preferred material is 100% recycled 6005-T6 aluminum alloy. The parts are preferably extruded but alternatively may be molded or otherwise die cast.
