摘要： A planographic printing plate precursor comprises a substrate having disposed thereon a hydrophilic layer which includes hydrophilic graft chains and a crosslinked structure formed through hydrolytic polycondensation of an alkoxide of an element selected from Si, Ti, Zr and Al. An aluminum substrate for a planographic printing plate includes a hydrophilic surface which is formed by a hydrophilic polymer including a functional group that chemically bonds to the aluminum substrate directly or is chemically bindable to the aluminum substrate via structural component having a crosslinking structure. A surface-hydrophilic member comprises a substrate having disposed thereon a hydrophilic layer, wherein the hydrophilic layer includes hydrophilic graft chains and a crosslinked structure formed through hydrolytic polycondensation of an alkoxide of an element selected from Si, Ti, Zr and Al.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide excellent in terms of durability wherein development with water, or direct production of the plate from digital data through infrared laser recording in particular such that a special process is not necessary, is possible, by forming on a support a photosensitive layer containing a reaction product of a compound having in a molecule thereof a functional group X and a functional group Y and a compound represented by a formula (1) stated below, or alternatively, containing a polymerization product of a compound having the functional group X and a compound represented by the formula (1) stated below. Further by incorporating water-insoluble particles in this photosensitive layer, many voids are formed in the photosensitive layer, further improving sensitivity and discrimination. The functional group X is a group selected from among a sulfonic acid ester group, a disulfone group, a sulfonimide group, and an alkoxyalkyl ester group and the functional group Y is a group selected from among —OH, —NH2, —COOH, —NH—CO—R3, and —Si(OR4)3 [wherein R3 and R4 each represents an alkyl group or an aryl group]. (R1)n—X—(OR2)4−n (1) (1) is (R1)n—X—(OR2)4−n wherein R1 and R2 each represents an alkyl group or an aryl group; X represents Si, Al, Ti, or Zr; and n represents an integer from 0 to 2.

摘要： Modified HV1-type hirudinin which valine at the N-terminal end of the HV1-type hirudin and aspartic acid at the 5th residue of the N-terminal end were replaced with alanine and glutamic acid, respectively. A secretion plasmid into which a DNA sequence coding for a precursor with an addition of a secretion signal of neutral protease of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens at the N-terminal end of this modified HV1-type hirudin is integrated is introduced into bacteria of the genus Bacillus and the precursor is expressed intracellularly. The modified HV1-type hirudin can be efficiently secreted extracellularly while maintaining its high thrombin inhibiting activity.

摘要： The present invention relates to a fuel cell including: a membrane electrode assembly (2) having a fuel electrode (13), an air electrode (16), and an electrolyte membrane (17) sandwiched therebetween; and a fuel storage unit (4) storing a liquid fuel. The fuel cell is capable of continuously generating electricity for long hours only by being replenished with a fuel, and therefore, attempts have been made to miniaturize the fuel cell to use it as a power source of portable electronic devices. When the membrane electrode assembly and the fuel storage unit in the fuel cell are connected via a flow path, a fuel supply state becomes uneven depending on the shape and the like of the flow path even though a supply amount of the fuel can be adjusted, which causes a problem such as a decrease in an output of the fuel cell. The present invention solves the aforethe problem by providing, in the fuel cell, a fuel distributing mechanism (3) which supplies the fuel to a plurality of places of the fuel electrode, and connecting the fuel distributing mechanism and the fuel storage unit via the flow path (5).
