摘要： Systems and methods for monitoring and controlling delivery of a therapeutic compound to a brain of a subject using FUS-BBBD are disclosed. The method includes treating the brain of the subject with focused ultrasound in combination with microbubbles for blood-brain barrier disruption (FUS-BBBD), administering the therapeutic agent to the subject; and obtaining a map of a concentration of the therapeutic agent delivered to the brain of the subject using passive cavitation imaging (PCI). The delivery of focused sound may be modulated to match the map of the concentration of the therapeutic agent delivered to the brain of the subject to a desired spatial distribution of the therapeutic agent.

摘要： A method and system for acquiring the attitudes of an acetabulum and a femoral head in real time during an artificial hip joint replacement procedure; during hip joint replacement, a pressure sensor and/or a touch sensor are disposed at each pressure point concerned for a femoral head prosthesis test mold, forming a sensor array (1); the sensor array (1) acquires the contact and stress conditions between the femoral head prosthesis test mold and the acetabulum, and sends out a signal; and a receiving terminal receives and displays the signal on a display module, and acquires the simulated attitudes of the acetabulum and the femoral head. The system comprises a sensor array (1), a necessary peripheral circuit, and a signal receiving and display device for receiving and displaying the signal sent by the peripheral circuit. The present invention can accurately simulate the presented attitude of the femoral head prosthesis during hip joint replacement procedure, so that a doctor can intuitively see the position and movement condition of the femoral head prosthesis during the procedure, thus improving the success rate and curative effect of the hip joint replacement procedure.

The apparatus may be further caused to identify users that have previously performed a user-initiated peer review of a reported image study, and reduce their assigned image studies accordingly.

According to certain aspects, the present invention enables coverage of the full design while lowering the computation cost by intelligently selecting a subset of patterns from a design in which the design or a modification of the design is configured to be imaged onto a substrate via a lithographic process. The method of selecting the subset of patterns from a design includes identifying a set of patterns from the design related to the predefined representation of the design. By selecting the subset of patterns according to the method, the selected subset of patterns constitutes a similar predefined representation of the design as the set of patterns.
