    • This invention relates to a container (10) for a medication delivery (110) device comprising an optical reader (111), where said container comprises a code information element (20) carrying a set of information readable by said optical reader where the container comprises at least one more code information element (20) carrying the set of information readable by said optical reader. The invention further relates to a method of applying code information elements onto the container and to a method of reading a code information element. The code information elements can be aligned with at least one protrusion on the container, or are aligned with at least one cavity on the container. Alternatively or additionally, the code information elements are juxtaposed to one another. Hereby, an optical code reader, embedded in the medication delivery device, will be able securely to read the information carried by means of image processing software compiling and combining more code information elements. With more code information elements available, it is possible to re-create a perfect image from several code information elements applied on the container. Thus, the undesirable effects, arising from humidity, dirt, dirty or sweaty fingers damaging the code information elements are minimised.

    • The present invention relates to an isolated mutant eubacterium comprising at least one mutation resulting in a substitution of at least one amino acid in the beta-subunit of the RNA-polymerase encoded for by the rpoB-gene providing an altered production of a product of interest when said production of a product of interest is compared to the production of the same product in an isogenic wild type strain grown at identical conditions, wherein the substitution of at least one amino acid occurs at any of the positions 469, 478, 482, 485, or 487 of SEQ ID NO:2, or at the equivalent positions in any eubacterial RNA-polymererase beta-sub-unit family member. Another aspect of the invention relates to a process for producing at least one product of interest in a mutant eubacterium and to a use of the mutant eubacterium according to the invention for producing at least one product of interest.

    • The present invention relates to a medication delivery device for expelling set doses of medicament, the medication delivery device comprising a position determining arrangement for detecting absolute positions of a movably mounted member, such as a dose indicator barrel, relative to a housing of the medication delivery device. The position determining arrangement comprises a plurality of electrically conducting electrodes arranged on an outer surface of the movably mounted member, and a plurality of contacts members fixedly arranged relative to the housing of the medication delivery device. A first and a second contact member are arranged to follow a first path across the electrically conducting electrodes upon movement of the movably mounted member relative to the housing, whereas a third and a fourth contact member are arranged to follow a second path across the electrically conducting electrodes upon movement of the movably mounted member relative to the housing.
