摘要： Disclosed herein are a coating solution for the formation of a dielectric thin film and a method for the formation of a dielectric thin film using the coating solution. The coating solution comprises a titanium alkoxide, a β-diketone or its derivative, and a benzoic acid derivative having an electron donating group. The method comprises spin coating the coating solution on a substrate to form a thin film and drying the thin film at a low temperature to crystallize the thin film. The titanium-containing coating solution is highly stable. In addition, the coating solution enables formation of a thin film, regardless of the kind of substrates, and can be used to form dielectric thin films in an in-line mode in the production processes of PCBs.

The buttons are placed to engage a proximal portion of the user's fingers. A wrist support is provided that relieves the tension on the wrist. The wrist support can move relative to the body of the mouse. The position of control buttons on the upper surface can be adjusted to conform to a user's hand size. Alternative buttons can be placed on a side surface so that the user can rest his index and middle fingers and use the thumb occasionally.

An external accelerator indicator is not visible to an operator, and does not interfere with nighttime operation of vehicles. One or more indicator hues are chosen so as to be esthetically pleasing. Indicator design and placement are also chosen so as to be esthetically pleasing. Indicators are suitable for installation into any existing or future style of motor vehicle. Indicators may be positioned upon a motor vehicle in conventional and non-conventional locations. Preferentially, accelerator, brake, and running indicators comprise a housing including a reflective shell and one or more translucent lenses forming a sealed enclosure, a connector or socket, a removable light bulb or light emitting element, a means to electrically connect a socket to the brake light electrical system, and a means to electrically connect a socket to a sensor attached to the accelerator system of a motor vehicle.

The alignment mark is formed of a plurality of mesa or trench type unit marks that are aligned in an inline pattern within an underlying layer under a layer to which a chemical mechanical polishing process is applied to form an alignment signal during an alignment process, thereby preventing a dishing phenomenon caused by the chemical mechanical process.
