摘要： A mortar comprising an inorganic binder such as anhydrite, gypsum or cement is rendered more flowable and processible by incorporating therein a sulfonic acid group-containing formaldehyde condensation product with a cycloalkanone, e.g. preferably about 0.05 to 5% by weight of the binder of the condensation product of sodium sulfite, formaldehyde and cyclohexanone. There may also be present an auxiliary such as FeSO.sub.4,7 H.sub.2 O,Al.sub.2 (SO.sub.4).sub.3.18 H.sub.2 O or KAl(SO.sub.4).sub.2, as well as an additive such as a plasticizer, hardening accelerator, retarder, air-entraining agent, thickener, activator, anti-foam agent or synthetic resin dispersion, and/or an aggregate such as sand, silica, perlite, pumice or foamed plastic beads.

摘要： The present invention relates to crosslinked polyurethane-polyurea powders which are prepared by a process which comprises dispersing NCO semiprepolymers in an aqueous medium, forming powders and isolating the powders from the aqueous medium, the NCO semiprepolymers having an NCO content of 10 to 20%, being liquid at room temperature and/or dissolved in isocyanate-inert, water-soluble solvents and based on the reaction product of(a) a polyisocyanate component based on at least one organic polyisocyanate with a polyol component having an average hydroxyl functionality of 2.3 to 4.0 and containing(b) a hydrophobic polyol component containing less than 25% by weight of ethylene oxide units, --CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --O--, and(c) a hydrophilic polyether component comprising monohydric or polyhydric alcohols containing at least 70% by weight of structural units corresponding to the formula ##STR1## The present invention also relates to a process for the preparation of these crosslinked polyurethane-polyurea powders and to their use as fillers in two-component polyurethane coating compositions.

摘要： Polyamines containing from 0.19 to 20.3 wt % primary amino groups are produced by hydrolyzing in a single stage an isocyanate with an excess of water, a relatively weak basic compound and a water-miscible polar solvent at a temperature from 50.degree. to 165.degree. C. The hydrolysis is conducted in a manner such that the reactants are substantially homogeneous during the reaction. The isocyanate should have an NCO-content of from 0.5 to 40 wt %. The weakly basic compound may be a carbonate or hydrogen carbonate of an alkali metal or an alkali or alkaline earth salt of a monocarboxylic or polycarboxylic acid or mixtures of such materials. The polyamines produced by this process are particularly useful in the production of polyurethanes.

摘要： A compound having a terminal isocyanate group is hydrolyzed to produce a polyamine having a urethane and/or a urea and/or a biuret group. More particularly, a carbamate is made by mixing an isocyanate prepolymer having urethane and/or urea and/or biuret groups present with aqueous base solutions at a temperature of from 0.degree. to 0.degree. C. and in quantities such that the equivalent ratio of hydroxyl to isocyanate groups is between from 0,3:1 to .gtoreq.1,01 to 1. The carbamate is then treated with an acid ion exchanger to form an amine. The amine is then removed from any other material which may be present. A preferred polyamine thus-produced corresponds to the general formula: ##STR1## in which each R radical may represent a divalent straight or branched- chain aliphatic radical; a divalent cycloaliphatic radical; a 4,4'- and/or a 2,4'-dicyclohexylmethane radical; or a 2,4- and/or 2,6-methyl cyclohexane radical. Such an amine may be reacted with a polyisocyanate and optionally with other known additives to form a polyurethane plastic or foam.

C.(A) compounds having a molecular weight of from 62 to 10,000 having at least two hydroxyl groups; with(B) aromatic isocyanato sulfonic acids, wherein the equivalent ratio of the total quantity of isocyanate groups (including any isocyanate groups present in dimerized form) to sulfonic acid groups is from 0.5:1 to 50:1 and the equivalent ratio of the sum of hydroxyl groups in (A) to NCO groups is from 1.5:1 to 30:1. The invention is also directed to the product by the process.
