    • A welding apparatus for welding a work-piece includes an energy source configured to generate a weld in a zone of the work-piece, with the work-piece characterized by a layer. The apparatus also includes a first wheel characterized by a first circumference and a first set of protrusions disposed on the first circumference, and a second wheel characterized by a second circumference and a second set of protrusions disposed on the second circumference. Each of the first and second wheels is configured to rotate relative to the work-piece, and the first and second sets of protrusions are configured to disrupt the layer as the work-piece is traversed between the first and second wheels. The energy source generates the weld in the zone of the work-piece following the disruption of the layer. A method employing the disclosed welding apparatus is also provided.

    • Disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions that include a chelator and an antibody directed against a phosphorylation site of a protein, wherein the antibody is conjugated to the chelator to form a chelator-antibody conjugate. For example, the antibody may recognize a phosphorylated tyrosine residue or a phosphorylated serine residue of a cell surface receptor. Also disclosed are methods of synthesizing a radiolabeled chelator-antibody conjugate, wherein the antibody is directed against a phosphorylation site of a protein. Also disclosed are methods for imaging a site in a subject that involve administering to the subject an effective amount of a composition that includes a valent metal ion-labeled chelator-antibody conjugate, wherein the antibody is an antibody directed against a phosphorylation site of a protein, and detecting a radioactive signal from the site in the subject following administration of an effective amount of the composition. The method of imaging can be applied in diagnosing a tumor, such as a tumor that can be responsive to therapy using a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, and in the treatment of a tumor, such as by targeting therapy to cell surface receptors that include phosphorylation sites.

    • The hanger of present invention comprises of an integral hook and anchor sections in the upper and lower parts of hanger respectively. The hook section forms an U-hook for suspending and retaining the hanging wire of a picture frame. The anchor section guides a fastener such as a nail to drive through the anchor section and into the wall in inclined position. The hanger of present invention allows the hanging wire of the picture frame to directly engage into the U-hook without interference when a person holds the picture frame against the wall, and slides the picture frame downward to approach the hanger from the top of hanger.
