摘要： A substrate processing apparatus includes a substrate rotating unit 11 configured to hold and rotate a substrate 3; a processing liquid supplying unit 13 configured to supply a processing liquid to the substrate; and a replacement liquid supplying unit 14 configured to supply, to the substrate, a replacement liquid with which the processing liquid supplied from the processing liquid supplying unit is replaced. While the replacement liquid supplying unit 14 supplies the replacement liquid to the substrate, the processing liquid supplying unit 13 supplies the processing liquid to a position on the substrate positioned at an outer peripheral side thereof than a supply position of the replacement liquid to form a liquid film of the processing liquid. It is possible to maintain a state in which the entire surface of the substrate is covered with the liquid film without increasing consumption amount of the replacement liquid.

摘要： Embodiments provide a multi-pass kiln with two or more chambers, an entrance and an exit at a proximal end of the kiln, and a reciprocal flow path extending through the kiln from the entrance to the exit. Lumber charges traveling along the reciprocal flow path may travel in a first direction along one side of the heated second chamber before traveling in a substantially opposite second direction along the opposite side of the second chamber. The distal end of the kiln may be substantially sealed, and a pressure differential between the distal end and the proximal end may draw moist heated air from the heated chamber toward the exit and entry to preheat and/or condition lumber charges traveling through the first chamber.

摘要： An apparatus for curing ink screen print on articles, particularly large articles such as pails or barrels, includes a rotatable turntable having a plurality of spin table compartments each of which is to receive a pail and carry the same in a circular path past a radiation source covered by a housing at a curing station. Each article is spun as it reaches the curing station to assure complete irradiation about the circumference of each article. The housing is provided with a large opening to facilitate loading of articles onto the spin tables and removal of articles with cured ink from the spin tables while the turntable continuously rotates.
