    • An apparatus for providing safe access to the upper surface of a mobile container. The apparatus includes a pivoting handrail system having a walk surface, a first set of rails and a second set of rails both capable of being raised and lowered between a raised access position and a lowered stored position, a first pull for raising and lowering the first set of rails, a second pull for raising and lowering the second set of rails, and a support device for supporting the walk surface and attaching to the mobile container. An access such as a ladder may be attached to the pivoting handrail system to provide access to the pivoting handrail system.

    • A self-propelled elevating work platform comprises a first workbench, a second workbench and a third workbench enclosed and connected on a conical column from the bottom to the top sequentially. Each workbench comprises at least two supporting frames which can be connected to form a circular shape. Retractable elements are disposed between any two of the adjacent workbenches. An anti-slip element is disposed on an inner side of each of the supporting frames, and each of the anti-slip elements can move radially relative to the conical column. Thereby, when any two of the workbenches are fixed by the anti-slip elements, the other workbench can be driven by the retractable elements to move up and down. Each of the workbenches can be pulled or pushed in order to move up or down gradually, so that the worker on the third workbench can work on the surface of the conical column.

    • A scaffolding side frame (10) has at least one generally horizontally extending tube (11), a pair of vertically extending side tubes (12) depending from the horizontal tube, and four fastening members (17), one adjacent each corner of the frame, for securing the side frame to a respective adjacent structural element of an associated scaffold structure so that the upper part of the side frame provides a safety rail for an operator standing on a support platform of a given level of a scaffolding structure and the lower part of the side frame extends below the support platform of said given level of the scaffold structure. The two lower fastening members are hook-shaped and the hooks have a fastening latch (19). The latch (19) is displaceable to a retracted position in which the hook can be snapped over the adjacent structural element of the structure. The side frame (10) is mountable in its operating position by an operator holding the lower part of the frame whilst standing on a support platform of a level of the structure below said given level and engaging the fastening members (17) with their respective adjacent structural elements so that the side frame immediately becomes and remains a full load transmitting structural part of the associated scaffold structure. The configuration of the fastening latches (19) of the lower fastening members (17) preventing the operator disengaging the lower fastening members when stood on the support platform of said given level of the scaffold structure.

    • A movable platform system for performing workover tasks on a wellhead includes a platform base with a base wellhead access gap at its front end. At least one track is fixed to the upper surface of the platform base and extends from the rear of the platform base to a position near the rearward edge of the base wellhead access gap. A platform support frame with a wellhead access gap at its front end is coupled to the track and configured for movement along the length of the track. An upper platform is connected to the platform support frame and also has a platform wellhead access gap at its front end. The three wellhead access gaps at the three levels of the platform system are substantially aligned when the movable platform support frame is disposed and locked in the working position above the wellhead. Workers on the upper platform have access to equipment surrounding the wellhead.
