摘要： The invention relates to a separation, recycling and self-cleaning system of a supercritical fluid dyeing machine. The system includes a supercritical fluid medium reservoir, one or more parallel dyeing units, a high-pressure pump, a primary separator, a secondary separator and a membrane separator sequentially connected. A dyeing medium and residual dye in dyeing units can be efficiently separated and recycled simultaneously, and when the separation and recycling is finished, each dyeing unit can be directly opened so that the dyeing units and products can be cleaned after dyeing, thereby improving the production and processing efficiency of supercritical fluid waterless dyeing and achieving simple operations, complete separation, stability and reliability and a blowback self-cleaning. The invention has a broad application prospect and practical significance in fundamentally addressing generation and emission of pollutants in the textile printing and dyeing industry and realizing energy conservation, consumption reduction, emission reduction and clean production.

摘要： Processes for dyeing a hydrophobic textile fiber with a colorant material using a SCF--CO.sub.2 dyebath are described. One process employs cooling, without venting or removing CO.sub.2 from the system, to a target CO.sub.2 temperature at or below the glass transition temperature of the hydrophobic fiber, followed by the venting of the dyeing system to atmospheric pressure. The other process employs venting, without cooling, to a target CO.sub.2 density where dye is no longer soluble in the SCF--CO.sub.2, followed by cooling to a target temperature and then venting to atmospheric pressure. Optionally, the temperature of the dyeing process is established by heating the process according to a selected temperature profile.

摘要： An improved flow configuration interconnecting first and second textile dyeing machines and their associated first and second pump assemblies such that dye circulated through the first dyeing machine by the first pump assembly is homogeneously intermixed with dye circulated through the second dyeing machine by the second pump assembly. The flow configuration includes a first elongated pipe and two baffle plates extending partially therewithin such that dye from the first pump assembly enters one portal of the pipe and flows along a first conduit partially formed by one of the baffle plates to encounter an opposing stream of dye circulated by the second pump assembly through an opposing portal in the pipe. The two streams meet within a mixing chamber defined intermediate the baffle plates and create a turbulent flow therein that blends the two dyes into a homogeneous mixture. The dye mixture passes from the mixing chamber and to the dyeing machines through conduits formed on a side of the baffle plates opposite the conduits through which the opposing streams of dye had entered. A second elongated pipe similar to the first elongated pipe is connected to the outlets of the first and second dyeing machines for remixing the blended dye and conveying the twice mixed dye to the first and second pump assemblies which repeat the aforesaid circulation procedure. Valve means are provided within the first and second mixing pipes for selectively isolating the dye circulated by the first pump assembly from dye circulated by the second pump assembly.

摘要： A machine for producing a high viscosity dyeing sizing. A sizing boiler is provided in the upper portion of the machine body for boiling an initially provided liquid with steam while agitating it sufficiently with stirring frames, stirring rods and a plurality of blades to produce a high viscosity sizing. The boiler is connected with a cylinder in the lower portion of the machine body, and a piston is movable in the cylinder for sucking the sizing from the size boiler into the cylinder and discharging it therefrom. The piston forces the sizing to pass through a straining screen provided in the front end of the cylinder thereby eliminating impurities and producing a sizing paste of good quality.
