摘要： A machine for packaging products into relative containers in a protected environment, has a plurality of work stations, respectively, a station for preparing the containers, a station for the sterilization and cooling of the containers, a container filling station and a container closing station. The filling station and the closing station are aligned one after the other, in a controlled atmosphere chamber defined by a bottom wall, an upper wall, a lateral, outer wall, front and back walls, and by a lateral, inner, airtight wall. The inner, airtight wall is situated longitudinally and laterally with respect to the filling station and the closing station. The chamber isolates the stations from motors mechanically connected to the work stations through airtight passages, made in the lateral, inner wall. An air flow generator is located in the upper wall for creating and filtering a laminar flow of air, directed to the bottom and involving at least the filling station and the closing station.

摘要： In an apparatus for filling a blister band with products, two or more work units are carried by relative carriages and have hoppers fed with different kinds of products. The products are then supplied to discharge conduits leading to the blisters of the band. Strips are fastened to lower ends of the discharge conduits and match with the upper surface of the blister band. The carriages are operated in a to-and-fro motion, so as to center, the lower ends of the discharge conduits with respect to the blisters, and to maintain this centering for a prefixed time. The holes remain coaxial to the lower ends of the conduits, situated above, to allow passage of one product from each discharge conduit to a blister.

摘要： In a boxing machine, a conveying and erecting device withdraws one box in an initial flattened configuration. The boxes are arranged with two overlapped layers. The conveying and erecting device gives to the withdrawn box a final erected configuration, in which the box has a parallelogram section. Subsequently, the device transfers the box, at a transferring station, into a pocket of a pocket conveyor. When in use, the pocket has a variable geometry, controlled selectively in the transferring station, to allow the box to be introduced into the pocket.

摘要： A sterilization tunnel has an inlet opening for pharmaceutical containers to be sterilised, an outlet opening, a high-temperature sterilisation chamber and a cooling chamber in line therewith and communicating with the outlet opening. A conveyor means transports the containers through the sterilisation chamber and the cooling chamber up to the outlet opening. A transfer plane is positionable in a first configuration aligned with the conveyor to transfer the containers out of the tunnel through the outlet opening. A shutter opens and closes the outlet opening. The transfer plane is movable and positionable in a second configuration inside the cooling chamber and misaligned with respect to the conveyor. When the transfer plane is inside the cooling chamber, the shutter is lowerable in abutment with a seal element.
