摘要： A method of air decontamination for a fuel cell to remove contaminants, that reduce cell performance, in air to be supplied to a fuel cell by treating the air so that the concentration of a sulfur compound is reduced to 5 ppb or less by removing the sulfur compound in the air is provided. By reducing the concentration of the sulfur compound in the fuel cell air to 5 ppb or less, the electromotive-force reduction in the fuel cell caused by the fuel cell electromotive-force-reducing impurities in the fuel cell air can be substantially completely prevented to stably maintain the characteristics of the fuel cell for a long period of time and to extend the lifetime thereof.

The network device targeted for control comprises service that provides information for the controlling network device to perform control to the controller, and the information exchange protocol processing part.

摘要： A schedule management system which can display a schedule on a screen and enables the user to enter schedule topics promptly and accurately without performing complicated operation is provided. An external voice is input through a microphone or a network control unit and is converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter and a coder. An identifier related to the digital signal is generated. The identifier is displayed on a schedule on a display unit. The digital signal is stored in a memory in relation to the identifier. A user specifies the displayed identifier through an operation section, whereby the digital signal related to the identifier is extracted from the memory by a CPU, the extracted digital signal is converted into an analog signal by a D/A converter, and the analog signal is output as a voice through a loudspeaker or the network control unit to the outside. Like a voice, an image can also be handled.

摘要： A method of help-information control for displaying help information on a display unit of an information processing system executing a plurality of application programs. A status management table for storing the executing status of application programs is provided as common to these programs. During execution of a given application program, the contents of the status information table are updated successively in accordance with the executing status. Whenever an operator makes a help request, the contents of the status management table in effect at that point in time are referenced. The table is searched for the help information corresponding to the request. When found and retrieved, the information is displayed. The search is performed using a program identifier, a message identifier, and a help message searching table that includes the position information containing the corresponding help data. Each application program is equipped with a control data part that makes it possible to reference help data of other application programs.

摘要： A power consumption control apparatus for an information processing apparatus having multi-tasking control which executes a plurality of information processing operations in parallel by time-divisionally switching a plurality of tasks in an arithmetic processing unit. The power consumption controlled apparatus detects an event where there are no information processing operations to be executed, sets the arithmetic processing unit to a power-saving mode in response to the event and immediately clears the power-saving mode set in the arithmetic processing unit in response to an interrupt signal from an input/output device. Alternatively, the power consumption control apparatus after detecting the event stops supply of a clock to the arithmetic processing unit or lowers a frequency of the clock in response to the event. Thereafter, the power consumption control apparatus immediately resumes supply of the clock to the arithmetic processing unit or raises the frequency of the clock in response to an interrupt signal from an input/output device.
