摘要： A polypropylene resin-containing flexible resin composition can provide molded products well-balanced among flexibility, heat resistance and compression set and having improved scratch resistance and transparency and which exhibits such high flowability as to cause excellent moldability, and a molded product thereof. The flexible resin composition of the invention is prepared in the presence of a metallocene catalyst and comprises an ethylene/&agr;-olefin random copolymer (A) and a polypropylene resin (B) in a specific ratio. The flexible resin composition has excellent moldability, so that it can be favorably used as a resin composition for injection molding, extrusion molding and compression molding. The flexible resin molded product produced from the flexible resin composition is well balanced among flexibility, heat resistance and compression set and has excellent scratch resistance and transparency.

摘要： A method of making a small-diameter through hole having high reliability with regard to a hole wall at a high rate with the energy of a high-output carbon dioxide gas laser without pre-making any hole in a copper foil, forming or disposing a coating or a sheet of an organic substance containing 3 to 97% by volume of at least one powder selected from the group consisting of a metal compound powder, a carbon powder and metal powder which have a melting point of at least 900° C. and a bond energy of at least 300 KJ/mol on at least a copper foil surface to be irradiated with the carbon dioxide gas laser, and irradiating a surface thereof with necessary pulses of the carbon dioxide gas laser to form the penetration hole, and an auxiliary material for use when a penetration hole is made in the copper-clad laminate with a carbon dioxide gas laser, the auxiliary material being a coating or a sheet of an organic substance containing 3 to 97% by volume of at least one powder selected from the group consisting of a metal compound powder, a carbon powder and metal powder which have a melting point of at least 900° C. and a bond energy of at least 300 KJ/mol.

摘要： A laminating propylene/1-butene random copolymer composition comprising a propylene/1-butene random copolymer and a low-density polyethylene in a specified proportion. With respect to the propylene/1-butene random copolymer, the content of structural units derived from propylene, content of structural units derived from 1-butene, MFR, Mw/Mn and B-value as a parameter indicating the randomness of copolymer monomer chain distribution fall within specified ranges. With respect to the low-density polyethylene, the MFR and density fall within specified ranges. The invention also provides a composite film comprising a substrate film such as a crystalline polypropylene film and, laminated onto at least one side thereof, a resin layer of the above composition having a thickness of 2 to 200 &mgr;m. The above composition is excellent in laminate moldability and enables producing a composite film having excellent low-temperature sealing properties, blocking resistance and hot tack. The composite film is characterized by having excellent low-temperature sealing properties, blocking resistance, slip properties and hot tack.

摘要： An image forming apparatus of the electrophotographic type wherein a toner image formed on a photosensitive drum is transferred to recording paper by a transfer roller to form an image is disclosed. When the size of the toner image formed on the photosensitive drum is larger than the size of the recording paper, a portion of the toner image which projects from the recording paper is transferred to the transfer roller and will soil another sheet of recording paper supplied subsequently. Therefore, when comparison between the size of the toner image formed on the photosensitive drum and the size of the recording paper reveals a difference between them, an image forming operation is interrupted and a cleaning device is rendered operative to remove the toner from the transfer roller. Thereupon, presence or absence and the size of an image area protruding from the recording paper are determined from the image size and the recording paper size, and the number and the time of operations of the cleaning device are controlled to minimum values in accordance with the determination.

The latex foam layer (15) is made by applying high molecular latex material such as rubbers or synthetic resins as coating to back surface (12) of said fabric, and permitting said latex material to foam and cure. The latex foam has relatively fine mechanical open cells (18) in its internal part and further finer open cells (20) near its outer surface skin (22) which is permeable by virtue of minute holes (21) formed therein. The skin (22), though permeable by minutes holes, can serve as substantially flat and smooth barrier surface against liquid foamable mixtures poured directly onto said skin for making body foam (25) so as to guide slidingly said mixtures therealong and also prevent substantial impregnation into said latex foam.
