摘要： A flooring product has multiple planar single piece substrate components, each with opposing straight longitudinal and lateral edges. A first lateral edge of a second of the substrate components abuts a first lateral edge of a first of the substrate components to form a common seam. The first and second of the substrate components are adjacent relative to a sequential array of multiple substrate components running parallel to the pair of longitudinal edges. The product has a pair of laminate component affixed to each side of each of the substrate components continuously over the sequential array thereof. The laminate components strengthen the product in relation to bearing a load applied to the second surface thereof and each of the common seams. The flooring product may be cut to lengths for accommodating overall lengths of recreational vehicles, trailers or manufactured housing units and thus reduces manufacturing costs associated therewith.

摘要： A lightweight composite panel, and resisting to impacts and to peeling, comprising: a honeycomb core in poly(p-phenyleneterephthalamide), on either side of which are positioned two skins each comprising: an internal ply comprising: a fabric of glass fiber E in contact with the honeycomb core; and a web of unidirectional carbon fibers oriented along a first direction; an external ply, in contact with the corresponding internal ply, comprising: a web of unidirectional carbon fibers oriented along a second direction different from the first direction, the web of each external ply facing the web of the corresponding internal ply; and a fabric of glass fiber E. The fabrics of glass fiber are impregnated with at least 70% by weight of epoxy resin, and have a mass of less than or equal to 30 g/m2.The webs of carbon fibers have an elastic modulus comprised between 275 and 300 GPa, are pre-impregnated with between 30% and 40% by weight of epoxy resin, and have a mass of less than or equal to 100 g/m2.

A perimeter the laminated member possesses at least a part where at least the tarpaulin sheet and the polyester canvas are fuse-bonded, and remaining parts where the laminated member is stitched together. The polyester canvas possesses one or more through holes, through which air can enter into and exit out of the laminated member, whereas the tarpaulin sheet does not possess any through holes.

摘要： A removable, easily disassembled, truck bed is disclosed which can be installed in place of the rear seats in a Jeep Wrangler® or four-door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited® type vehicle. In one embodiment, this truck bed is constructed of sheet steel bolted together in various parts to allow for easy shipping and storage. In another embodiment, this truck bed is constructed of molded plastic or fiberglass to allow for water-resistance and light weight. This truck bed converts a Jeep Wrangler®-type vehicle to a small pick-up truck, which would be of use for hauling small loads of bulk or ‘loose fill’ material (sand, dirt, gravel, mulch) for home-owners, landscapers, cottage owners, or anyone who needs to get a small load of bulk material to the rugged locations made possible by the Jeep's off-roading capability. It is easily removable so that when load-hauling is not required it can be removed and the vehicle's rear seats reinstalled for carrying passengers.
