    • An anisotropically electroconductive adhesive composition preferably in the form of a film is proposed which comprises an insulating adhesive resin and preferably 0.1 to 30 parts by volume of amorphous carbon particles having a spherical particle configuration per 100 parts by volume of the resin. The amorphous carbon particles are prepared by carbonization of spherical particles of a heat-curable plastic resin and should have an average diameter of 5 to 50 .mu.m, specific gravity of 1.4 to 1.7, coefficient of linear thermal expansion of 2 to 5.times.10.sup.-6 /.degree. C. and, preferably, sphericity not exceeding 5 .mu.m. The amorphous carbon particles are chemically and mechanically stable so that the inventive adhesive composition can ensure high stability in the electrical connection between electrodes bonded therewith and insulation between adjacent electrodes.

    • A method is disclosed for the preparation of an integral silicone rubber article having an electrically insulating part and an electrically conductive part, in which the adhesive bonding between the two parts is greatly enhanced and each part exhibits a remarkably small permanent compression set. The method comprises the steps of preparing a first cured silicone rubber body from a first silicone rubber composition and then curing a second silicone rubber body in contact with the first cured silicone rubber body under specified conditions while either one of the first and the second silicone rubber composition contains a substantial amount of a carbon black to give conductivity. Both of the two compositions comprises a non-acyl type organic peroxide, e.g., dicumyl peroxide, as a curing agent of the organopolysiloxane. Characteristically, either one or both of the two composition, of which the organopolysiloxane has at least two silicon-bonded vinyl groups in a molecule, comprise, in addition to the above mentioned organic peroxide, a combination of an organohydrogenpolysiloxane and a platinum catalyst so that the composition or compositions are curable in two ways of, one, the peroxide-induced crosslinking and, the other, the platinum-catalyzed addition reaction between the silicon-bonded vinyl groups and silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms.

    • A work helmet for effecting an intercommunication between workers as well as between a central control room and respective workers, especially used for informing each workers of guide information adequate for emergency escape when a disaster occurs is disclosed. To this end, the work helmet includes a light-receiving element for receiving a light signal modulated with the guide information, an earphone for reproducing audibly the guide information, a light emitting element for emitting an outgoing light signal modulated with a speech signal supplied from a microphone, and an oscillator for generating a carrier having a frequency specific to the helmet, on which carrier said speech signal is modulated, so that the outgoing light signal is always modulated by the carrier serving as a helmet identifying signal by means of which the central control room can recognize and identify the worker wearing the helmet.
