    • A cushion device for a wheel of the wheeled luggage contains a seat member for installation to a bottom edge of the wheel luggage. The seat member contains an open compartment having a rotatable pin to a side of the opening of the compartment. The cushion device further contains a buffering member where the wheel of the wheeled luggage is rotatably mounted by the wheel's axle. The buffering member is housed inside the compartment of the seat member and hinged to the pin. A helix spring is provided inside the compartment between the seat member and the buffering member for absorbing the shock of the buffering member. The distance between the pin and the spring is longer than the distance between the pin and the axle of the wheel so that the spring will undergo on;y a fraction of the vibration force exerted on the wheel.

    • In general, the invention features a method for selecting a transgenic grapevine or grapevine component having increased resistance to a grapevine fanleaf disease. The method involves (a) transforming a grape plant cell with a grapevine fanleaf virus coat protein nucleic acid molecule or fragment thereof which is expressed in the plant cell; (b) regenerating a transgenic grapevine or grapevine component from the plant cell; and (c) selecting a transgenic grapevine or grapevine component expressing a grapevine fanleaf virus coat protein or coat protein fragment thereof, where the coat protein or the coat protein fragment thereof is expressed at a level equal to or less than an optical density of about 0.2 at 405 nm as detected by an enzyme-linked immunoassay as compared to a control plant, the selected transgenic grapevine or grapevine component having resistance to the grapevine fanleaf disease.

    • A handle structure of scissors provides ring handle parts being detachably fastened to the elongated stems of the scissors. Each of the ring handle part has a projection seat with a square shaped engaging hole. Each of the elongated stems has an axial hole corresponding to the engaging hole and the respective ring handle part can be fastened to the respective elongated stem with an engaging bolt respectively in company with an O shaped rubber ring, rubber washers and a nut. Hence, the ring handle parts can be rotated to any angular positions with respect to the elongated stems so as to allow the blades of the scissors being disposed at various inclining angles under a condition of keeping the fingers, palm and elbow being in a state of unmoving easily according to human engineering for a hand.
