摘要： A biogas collection and purification system that includes a plurality of sources of biogas and a network of conduits configured to convey the biogas from the sources to a central processing facility for processing the biogas into methane. The central processing facility removes impurities to convert biogas to biomethane and may include an H2S removal stage; an activated carbon scrubber; a gas drier; and a carbon dioxide removal stage. The facility also has a biomethane gas compressor configured to deliver the biomethane for use in power plants, for CNG production. Ancillaries to the system include fuel cells for direct electricity generation from biogas/biomethane.

摘要： A dewatering screw press has a hopper, a discharge outlet, a cylindrical screen flexibly mounted to the hopper and rigidly connected to the discharge outlet, a screw mounted to rotate beginning in the hopper and ending at the discharge outlet, the screw having an outer surface contacting the cylindrical screen, and at least one vibrator mounted to the cylindrical screen. Dewatering efficiency is improved by vibrations that are strong near the middle of the screen, while reducing or eliminating vibration near the discharge end of the screen where pressure is highest and a breaking of the seal between the screw and the screen due to vibration can reduce dewatering of sludge near the discharge end of the screen.

摘要： A feeding device is provided for a belt drying installation for dump or sewage sludge material dewatered down to a pasty consistency. In the conveying path of the sludge material, a first roller having transverse grooves that are set back relative to the outer diameter of the roller and a guide device are arranged relative to the outer diameter of the first roller such that when the roller is rotated the sludge material is drawn into the transverse grooves and is shaped to elongated extrudates. The first roller is associated with a comb which has teeth that rigidly engage the transverse grooves and which sweeps the extrudates from the transverse grooves, wherein the tips of the teeth which rigidly engage the transverse grooves define a line of engagement. The tooth tips which rigidly engage the transverse grooves are beveled towards the tooth neck.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for treating and/or pre-treating liquid manure or biogas plant reject for eliminating harmful substances, particularly nitrogen, phosphorus, and odor molecules. Process tanks (5), which include inlet means (4) for supplying a process tank (5) with a substance to be treated, outlet means for passing a post-treatment matter out of the tank, and air inlet means (2) for supplying the process tank with air required by a biological process, are used for conducting a biological treatment on the matter to be treated. The process tanks (5) are first provided with a microbe population adapted for treating the matter to be treated. The matter to be treated is supplied gradually into the first process tank and then further into a subsequent process tank, such that the microbe population initially provided in the process tanks displaces in a step-by-step manner the original microbe population present in the matter to be treated. The matter, which is substantially free of the original microbes and has been expelled from the final process tank, is returned into the first process tank for diluting the matter to be treated. Downstream of the process tanks is conducted a nitrogen removal treatment by feeding the matter to be treated from the process tank (5) of a stripping tower (22A), in which the pH of a matter to be treated has been raised by means of a biological treatment to a level sufficient from the standpoint of nitrogen removal.
