    • An encryption algorithm management system has a terminal unit and a center unit that have a common cipher-key to a ciphered encryption algorithm. The terminal unit includes a transmitter configured to transmit a demand to the center unit for obtaining an encrypted data needed for decrypting the ciphered encryption algorithm when the ciphered encryption algorithm is decrypted, and an encryption controller configured to renew the common cipher-key in case of receiving the encrypted data from the center unit in response to the demand, and to produce an encryption algorithm by decrypting the encrypted data with the renewed common cipher-key. The center unit includes a key controller configured to renew the common cipher-key so as to be identical with the renewed common cipher-key in case of receiving the demand from the transmitter and an encoder configured to produce the encrypted data by encrypting a cipher-key with the renewed common cipher-key and to transmit the encrypted data to the terminal unit.

    • The present invention relates to a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition comprising the following components (A) to (D):(A) 50 to 80 parts by weight of an aromatic polycarbonate resin;(B) 5 to 40 parts by weight of a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin prepared by graft-polymerizing monomer components comprising an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinylcyanide monomer and optionally other copolymerizable vinyl-based monomers, with a rubber polymer, the amount of said vinylcyanide monomer used being not less than 0.5% by weight and less than 5% by weight based on the total weight of said monomer components;(C) 5 to 30 parts by weight of phosphate represented by the formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 to R.sup.3 are the same or different and are independently an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms; and n is 0 or 1,the total amount of the (A), (B) and (C) components being 100 parts by weight; and(D) 0.02 to 3 parts by weight of polytetrafluoroethylene based on the total weight of the (A), (B) and (C) components.

    • A stator yoke is configured for engaging with similarly configured stator yokes of a stepping motor. The stator yoke comprises a cylindrical ring made of a magnetic material and has a first annular edge and a second annular edge. A plurality of tooth poles are integrally formed with the cylindrical ring and are disposed in spaced-apart relation along the first annular edge. The plurality of tooth poles are engageable with a plurality of tooth poles of a similarly configured stator yoke of the stepping motor. The stator yoke has a plurality of locating protrusions integrally formed with the cylindrical ring and disposed in spaced-apart relation along the second annular edge. The plurality of spaced-apart locating protrusions are engageable with locating protrusions of a similarly configured stator yoke of the stepping motor or with a support plate of the stepping motor. The locating protrusions accurately ensure the relative angular position of tooth poles between adjacent phases of the stepping motor. A stepping motor includes an outer stator comprised of the above described stator yokes. A pair of interior stator yokes engage with each other through their respective locating protrusions, and each of a pair of exterior stator yokes engage with a corresponding one of the pair of interior stator yokes through their respective tooth poles.
