摘要： A two-phase bipolar 3.6° step motor is described in which the stator winding assembly has eight stator poles organized into decoupled phase groups with two distinct angular pole separations, 14.4°×[(4n±1)/4] between poles of the same group, and 14.4°×[(4m±1)/2] between adjacent poles of different groups, where n and m are positive whole numbers. Three stator teeth on each stator pole have a stator tooth pitch of 13.2° to minimize detent torque for smoother, more accurate stepping. A rotor has alternating magnetic north and south rotor teeth around a circumference thereof with a 14.4° rotor tooth pitch angle. The stator poles are wound with electromagnetic coil windings that can be driven in a series of phases to magnetically interact with the rotor.

摘要： Provided is a geared motor with which a large torque can be obtained without an increase in size. In this geared motor (1), an output member (8) having a helical groove (83) formed in an outer circumferential section is provided between a first plate part (31) and a second plate part (32) of a frame (3), and the rotation of a motor pinion (55) fixed to a rotary shaft (50) is reduced in speed by transmission gears of a reduction gear mechanism (9) and is transmitted to a gear part (85) of the output member (8). Thus, a large torque can be output, even when the gear part (85) of the output member (8) is made smaller than the outer diameter of the section (84) provided with the helical groove (83). Also, even when a gear cover (7) is provided, a lateral plate part (72) of the gear cover (7) covering the outer circumferential section of the gear part (85) of the output member (8) is located close to the rotation center axis of the output member (8). Thus, it is possible to prevent the geared motor (1) from being increased in size by the gear cover (7).

摘要： A linear stepper motor includes a stator, a rotor, a cover and a longitudinally displaceable actuating rod. The stator is formed as a fully overmoulded stator assembly. The stator assembly includes a stator overmould. The rotor is received in the stator and includes a spindle. The cover is coupled to the stator assembly on the drive side of the linear stepper motor. The actuating rod is guided by the stator assembly. The spindle is only supported by its tips between two bearing balls between a stator recess of the stator overmould and a cover recess in the cover. A device and a method for manufacturing the linear stepper motor are also provided.
