摘要： Semiconductor devices provided with high performance high-frequency circuits that reduce interference caused by inductors are provided. In the semiconductor device including a modulator circuit to modulate a carrier wave by a base band signal to output an RF signal and a demodulator circuit to demodulate the RF signal by use of the carrier wave to gain the base band signal and a local oscillator to generate the carrier wave, inductors respectively having a closed loop wire are adopted. Interference caused by mutual inductance is reduced by the closed loop wire. For example, where inductors are adopted in the modulator circuit, a closed loop wire is disposed around the outer periphery of the inductors.

摘要： A method of forming fine partition walls by which fine partition walls with stable shape can be formed with good processing accuracy and at good grinding efficiency by a jet processing technique, a method of producing a planar display device by application of the method, and an abrasive for jet processing to be used in these methods, are disclosed. The fine partition walls are formed on the surface of a substrate by jet processing using an abrasive comprised of a powder of calcium carbonate coated with silicone on the surfaces thereof. Each of the particles constituting the abrasive has a three-dimensional shape comprised of a stack of different-sized triangular or more-angular polygonal layers.

摘要： The present invention is a block oriented control system that allows interoperability between devices made by different manufacturers. A block oriented control system is a system which includes a plurality of field devices incorporating a physical layer, communication stack, and user layer, with the field devices being connected by a transmission medium, such as a bus. The physical layer receives signals from the bus and translates the signals into a message for the communications stack, and receives messages from the communications stack and translates the messages into signals for the bus. The communication stack controls the communications between devices operating in the control system. The user layer is a block oriented approach to the system's control functions, and includes function blocks and system management. The function blocks are standardized encapsulations of control functions, such as analog input or proportional/derivative. The system management allows synchronization of the device applications and the network processing.
