    • The present invention discloses a spring reverberator and an assembling method thereof, in which the spring reverberator comprises: a casing, a driving transducer received in the casing, a pickup transducer received in the casing, and coil springs vibratingly coupled to the driving and pickup transducers. The driving and pickup transducers respectively include a vibration unit and a magnetic core. The vibration unit comprises a support plate including at least one cut-out groove, through which a wire is soldered directly to the support plate. The vibration unit and the magnetic core are prepared in a modular type to be inserted in a sliding manner and fixed in the casing.

    • A communication system includes a transmitter having a signal generator for generating a signal for transmitting data, a transmission delay unit for repeatedly delaying the signal from the signal generator for a predetermined delay time within a symbol period and generating corresponding delayed signals, and a selector for selectively providing one of the delayed signals from the transmission delay unit to an antenna; and a receiver having a reception delay unit for receiving the signal from the transmitter and delaying the signal as long as the delay time of the transmission delay unit, and a data judgment block for discriminating data bits of the signal from the transmitter by comparing the signal from the transmitter with the delayed signal from the reception delay unit. According to the communication system, the delay time can be accurately adjusted even if the delay line is shortened, and the data bits of the communication signal can be accurately judged in the receiver side.

    • A method of fabricating memory cell storage capacitors that includes isotropic etching to form trenches with curved walls in a planar insulating layer that covers gate electrode structures on a substrate. The walls of the trenches serve both a templates and structural supports for the plates of the storage capacitors. Sequential deposition of a first conformal conductive layer on the walls of the trenches, a conformal dielectric film on the first conductive layer, and a second conformal conductive layer on the dielectric film complete the fabrication of the storage capacitors. The curvature of the plates ensures that the capacitance of the storage capacitors exceeds the capacitance of flat-plate storage capacitors of the same vertical extent which subtend the same lateral area on the surface of the substrate.
