摘要： A control device for a thrust piston motor consisting of two normally closed auxiliary control valves and one main control valve, controlled by the auxiliary control valves, and containing a control piston adapted to be displaced by the action of the fluid medium and a control slide coupled with the control piston for controlling the direction of movement of the motor piston, and wherein the control pressure chambers are each connected by a bore provided in the control piston and a supplementary valve means connected to the control piston, with a pressure medium source and through one of the auxiliary control valves each with a low pressure zone the improvement comprising that for obtaining an externally controlled sequence of individual strokes, one control valve (first control valve) is operable externally and the other control valve (second control valve) by the motor piston during the passage through a dead centre position, wherein there is mounted, on the side of the motor piston remote from the second control valve in the motor cylinder, an abutment stop in such a manner that its distance from the second control valve is variable.

摘要： Instead of a discontinuous mixing process for mixing two or more flowable materials for a paint-spraying plant, a continuous mixing and conveying process is provided. Use is made of individual conveyor pumps driven individually by hydraulic adjusting units in the form of double-acting hydraulic cylinders. Control is exerted by an electronic control device controlling a proportional governor at hydraulic connecting lines between the adjusting units to adjust the stroke of pistons of the adjusting units and thus the ratio of the flowable material conveyed.

摘要： A hydropneumatic pumping arrangement comprising at least two double-acting hydropneumatic force multipliers, pneumatic chambers of pneumatic cylinders of the multipliers communicating, through two two-position directional valves with an air source, and the chambers communicating through hydraulic non-return valves, with hydraulic pressure and return lines connected to actuating hydraulic cylinders of the associated processing equipment. The valves are cylindrical slide valves, an inlet passage of one slide valve is in communication with an air source and outlet passages are in parallel communication with the pneumatic chambers and with control chambers of another slide valve, outlet passages thereof being in communication with the control chambers of the one slide valve of the other force multiplier for alternate communication of the pneumatic chambers of both multipliers with the air source in the course of travel of the pistons of the pneumatic cylinders thereof. Non-return hydraulic valves are interconnected in two bridge circuits, and there is a system provided for compensating the working fluid flowing out from the chambers of the actuating hydraulic cylinders, which system has its inlets connected with one of the diagonals of each bridge circuit, preferably also communicating them in parallel with the hydraulic chambers of a respective force multiplier, and the other diagonals of each bridge circuit being preferably in communication with the hydraulic pressure and return lines.

摘要： An air operated material dispensing gun for emitting metered quantities wherein a piston is advanced and retracted in an actuation chamber of one housing with the piston having a displacement portion reciprocating in a displacement chamber cylinder of a second housing controlled by a one-way check valve allowing entry and a one-way check valve allowing exit of material to and from the displacement chamber respectively in conjunction with advancing and retracting strokes of the piston. The housings are divided by a nipple and seals through which the piston reciprocates with the nipple having a chamber, a radial relief and an atmospheric vent defining a neutral zone between the housings preventing air leaking to the material chamber and material from leaking to the air chamber. Two or more guns feed metered quantities of different materials to a driven mixer which blends the materials into a homogenized mixture and emits a metered amount of the mixture to use. The guns have an adjustable stop for limiting piston travel to adjust the metered quantity emitted by each gun and the cumulative quantity emitted by the mixer.

摘要： A multi-stage expansible chamber pump system includes a HP pump unit, and first and second LP pump units. The LP units each include a LP air chamber and a pumped fluid chamber, separated by a piston. The HP unit includes left and right HP air chambers separated by a piston. Pistons are coaxial on a common piston rod for reciprocating movement in unison. A direction control DC valve includes a valve spool movable between first and second positions. The DC valve receives high pressure shop air as Control air and Process air. Control air moves the DC valve spool alternately to first and second positions. The DC valve, as determined by the position of the spool, directs Process air alternately to one side, then the other, of the HP unit, whereby the pistons reciprocate in unison to pump fluid through the fluid chambers.
