摘要： A crystallized glass is provided. A &bgr;-quartz solid solution or a &bgr;-eucryptite solid solution is precipitated as a main crystal. The crystallized glass has a crystallization degree not less than 70 mass %, a crystal grain size not more than 0.5 &mgr;m, substantially no gap or crack occurring at boundaries of crystal grains. The crystallized glass also has a thermal expansion coefficient being negatively greater than −10×10−7/° C. within a temperature range of −40° C.˜100° C., a hysteresis of the thermal expansion coefficient within the temperature range being not more than 10 ppm, and a temperature dependence of the refractive index being not more than 13×10−6/° C.

摘要： A substance 6 is located in a gradient magnetic field and held in a levitating state by a magnetic force produced by the gradient magnetic field. The substance 6 as such in the levitating state is heated and melted by ray or heat irradiation or by a resistance heater. Thereafter, the heating is stopped, and the substance 6 is cooled as such in the levitating state. Since the magnetic force realizes the microgravity field where the substance 6 is melted and cooled in the levitating state, the substance 6 is formed to an ideally spherical shape with an extremely smooth surface.

摘要： According to the present invention, a control device and a circuit board moving device controlled in operation by the control device for holding a circuit board are provided, whereby the circuit board moving device is moved to bring a component mount position on the circuit board closest to a recognition device after the circuit board moving device is moved to bring the component mount position closest to a component feed position. In the state, a circuit board mark formed on the circuit board is detected, thereby recognizing a position of the circuit board. A transfer distance for the component by a component hold device from the recognition device to the component mount position is thus shortened, enabling high-speed mounting with higher accuracy.

摘要： A mounting head is provided with a pair of first levers which are pivotally connected so that the first levers can swing in an open and close direction and forced in the close direction by a compression spring so as to grip a shaft, a release pin for opening the first levers by engaging release grooves at an open/close end of the first levers, a second lever for driving the release pin toward the open/close end of the first levers by a driving means, and a spring for forcing the second lever in a direction opposite to the driving direction of the release pin. During an operation of the mounting head, the first levers are opened by driving the release pin with the second lever, only after the shaft is activated, and at the end of the operation releasing the drive of the release pin by the second lever, allowing the first levers to close and support the shaft in a gripping manner.
