The service handover control apparatus includes a service handover management unit collecting information associated with a transmitting terminal and a wireless access network, which operate based on an Internet Protocol multimedia subsystem (IMS), and outputting a control signal which controls service handovers of the transmitting terminal and the receiving terminal based on the collected information; and a service handover controller providing the service handover management unit with the information associated with the transmitting terminal and the receiving terminal, and controlling the service handovers of the transmitting terminal and the receiving terminal based on the control signal.

摘要： Preparation of azetidinone compounds and medical use thereof are provided by the present invention. More particularly, azetidionne compounds, shown as formula (I), wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are defined in description, and preparation methods thereof are provided by the present invention. The compounds of the present invention can reduce the levels of total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in plasma, and can be used as medicaments for reducing cholesterol in blood. Therefore the compounds of the present invention can be used to treat or prevent diseases of atherosclerosis, cacergasia of blood vessel, cardiac failure, coronary artery disease, angiocardiopathy, myocardial, angina, hyperlipoidemia and hypercholesteremia and the like. Preparation method of compounds of formula (I) and intermediate compounds are also provided by the present invention.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for fast handover in a wireless security data communication environment. The fast handover method for a mobile node connected to a network via an access point to perform a data communication in a wireless communication environment according to the present invention includes: performing an authentication while communicating with an authentication server having registration information about the mobile node via an uncontrolled port of the access point so as to make the mobile node connected to the network; performing a mobile Internet Protocol (IP) registration for binding a Care-of-Address (CoA) to a home agent and a correspondent node (CN) via the access point in parallel with performing the authentication; and opening a control port of the access point and relaying data transceived at the mobile node using the CoA when the authentication and the registration being successfully completed. Accordingly, a fast handover of the mobile node can be supported.
