摘要： The present invention provides methods, apparatus, and systems for cleaning a substrate that include a controller and a nozzle coupled to the controller. The controller is adapted to direct the nozzle to dispense a uniform fluid spray pattern onto a substrate. The controller is adapted create the uniform fluid spray pattern by adjusting at least one operational parameter of the nozzle to cause a predefined percentage of droplets to be within a predetermined size range. Numerous other aspects are disclosed.

摘要： A machine propelled by an electric motor and subject to a deration scheme is described wherein deration is specified by a combination of a temperature signal indicating a degree to which a machine component is overheating. The machine includes an electronic controller that receives a temperature signal indicative of a current temperature status of the electric motor. The electronic controller receives a motor speed signal indicative of a current speed status of the electric motor. The electronic controller calculates, in accordance with a derating scheme, a deration value for the electric motor, the deration value being determined by applying a set of current operating state parameter values to the derating scheme. The set of current operating state parameters include: a motor speed parameter value; and a temperature parameter value.

The apparatus includes: a first baseband processing module, configured to transmit a data service carrier signal on a first frequency in a first cell to an MS; a second baseband processing module, configured to transmit a pseudo pilot signal corresponding to a voice service carrier signal on a first frequency in a second cell; and a switching processing module, configured to switch the data service carrier signal transmitted by the first baseband processing module and the pseudo pilot signal transmitted by the second baseband processing module so that the pseudo pilot signal is transmitted in at least one timeslot of the timeslots for transmitting the data service carrier signal. With the present invention, the system complexity is decreased.

Embodiments of the invention describe placing a workpiece on a holding bracket within a process chamber to hold and rotate the workpiece to be cleaned. A first cleaning fluid is provided to the workpiece non-device side, while a degasified liquid is provided to the workpiece device side during megasonic cleaning. The degasified liquid inhibits cavitation from occurring on and damaging the device side of the workpiece during megasonic cleaning.
