摘要： A composition comprising (A) a fluorinated polymer having k=0.01-0.4 and n=1.4-2.1 and (B) an aromatic ring-bearing polymer having k=0.3-1.2 is used to form an antireflective coating. The ARC-forming composition can be deposited by the same process as prior art ARCs. The resulting ARC is effective in preventing reflection of exposure light in photolithography and has an acceptable dry etching rate.

The fluoropolymer may be an expanded PTFE formed into a porous membrane. The oleophobicity may be sufficient to repel #8 oil (n-heptane) in accordance with AATCC Test Method 118. There are also coated articles including fluoropolymers and oleophobic layers made from fluoroalkyl acrylate copolymers.

摘要： An antireflective coating composition includes a photopolymerizable acrylate monomer (C1); a particle-type metal fluoride (C2) with a refractive index of 1.40 or less; a photopolymerization initiator (C3); and at least one liquid dispersion-enhancing chelating agent (C4) selected from the group consisting of Mg(CF3COO)2, Na(CF3COO), K(CF3COO), Ca(CF3COO)2, Mg(CF2COCHCOCF3)2 and Na(CF2COCHCOCF3). This composition ensures good mechanical strength, excellent adhesion to a substrate, short curing time by UV curing, prevention of dust attachment, good erasure of stain, good dust removal and good scratch resistance, so it is usefully for making an antireflective coating film of a display.

摘要： Presently described are articles, such as optical displays and protective films, comprising a (e.g. light transmissive) substrate having a surface layer comprising the reaction product of a mixture comprising a non-fluorinated binder precursor (e.g. of a hardcoat composition) and at least one polymerizable perfluoropolyether polymer. The resulting cured surface layer can advantageously exhibit low lint attraction in combination with low surface energy. Also described are one-step and two-step methods of synthesizing perfluoropolyether polymers having polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated groups.
