    • Cooperation system and method using a peer-to-peer (P2P) protocol are provided. A terminal performing a cooperation process through the P2P protocol, includes: a cooperation control unit including a cooperation relation list, requesting a different terminal or terminal group to cooperate with the terminal with reference to the cooperation relation list when a cooperation process is requested, restoring an application context transmitted from the different terminal or terminal group, extracts an application context of the terminal when receiving a cooperation request, and providing the application context of the terminal to the different terminal or terminal group; an application cooperation execution unit cooperating with the different terminal or terminal group for the application based on the application context restored by the cooperation control unit; and a P2P communication unit transmitting and receiving the application context in a P2P manner by accessing the different terminal or terminal group. Accordingly, it is possible to cooperate with more terminals or terminal groups and prevent disconnection of the cooperation process.

    • Provided are methods of fabricating flash memory devices that may prevent a short circuit from occurring between cell gate lines. Methods of fabricating such flash memory devices may include forming gate lines including a series of multiple cell gate lines and multiple selection gate lines. Each gate line may include a stacked structure of a tunnel insulating layer, a floating gate, a gate insulating layer, and/or a polysilicon layer operable to be a control gate, all formed on a semiconductor substrate. Methods may include forming a first insulating layer that selectively fills gaps between the cell gate lines from the bottom up and between adjacent ones of the cell gate lines and the selection gate lines, and does not fill a space located on outer sides of the selection gate lines that are opposite the plurality of cell gate lines. A spacer may be formed on the outer sides of the selection gate lines that are opposite to the cell gate lines, after forming the first insulating layer. A second insulating layer may be formed in a space where the spacer is formed.

    • There is provided a method of registering advertisements for display on an electronic map through the use of an advertisement registration server. The advertisement registration server receives an access request from a terminal via the network. The server then searches a map information database for predetermined map information and transmits searched map information to the terminal. The predetermined map information is associated with center coordinates and a scale value. Further, the predetermined map information is structured into a lattice having a plurality of lattice units. From the terminal, the server receives an advertisement contents registration request having advertisement information identifying one or more of the plurality of lattice units. The server registers in an advertisement database the advertisement information in association with the one or more lattice units identified in the registration request, and the center coordinates and the scale value of the predetermined map information.
