摘要： A system and apparatus for opening and emptying a bag of material includes a base having a pair of opposed sides and a central aperture through which material may flow. The system includes a pair of opposed doors rotatably mounted on a pair of door shafts, the edges of the pair of opposed doors forming an opening and a plurality of piercing blades pivotally mounted to the base on a pivot rod, the blades capable of pivoting to pierce said bag. The system further includes a cutting blade mounted transversely below the opening of the opposed doors, the cutting blade capable of linear motion across the opening.

摘要： The invention relates to a mixing device for mixing PMMA bone cement from a monomer liquid and a cement powder, the mixing device comprising at least one cartridge having an evacuable interior for mixing of the bone cement, a mixing device for mixing the content in the interior of the at least one cartridge, which is arranged movably in the interior, a receptacle for receiving a separate container containing the monomer liquid or comprising an integrated container containing the monomer liquid, an opening device, which is arranged in the region of the receptacle in a manner movable relative to the receptacle so that, by moving the opening device, a separate container arranged in the receptacle is openable by means of the opening device, or the opening device is arranged in the region of the integrated container in a manner movable relative to the integrated container so that, by moving the opening device, the integrated container is openable by means of the opening device, a pressure pump, in which a movable plunger for conveying a liquid is arranged and delimits a pump chamber of the pressure pump and a connection line, which connects the interior of the at least one cartridge to the pump chamber of the pressure pump, wherein the mixing device comprises an operating element that is operatable from outside, wherein the plunger in the pressure pump is movable manually by means of the operating element, and wherein the opening device is to be moved relative to the receptacle or relative to the integrated container by means of the same operating element, and the mixing device in the interior of the cartridge is movable by means of the same operating element in order to mix the content in the interior of the cartridge.

摘要： A device mixes bone cement and stores parent components of the bone cement. The device has a cartridge comprising an interior, that is closed on one side by a movable delivery plunger, a receptacle comprising side walls for receiving a monomer liquid container that are closed at least in some regions. The receptacle has at least one deformable closed side wall, a screen and/or a filter arranged below the receptacle so that the contents of the opened monomer liquid container flow through the screen and/or the filter. The device further has a connecting line through which the monomer liquid is to be routed into the interior of the cartridge, a hollow cylinder which is connected to the connecting line and which is connected to the receptacle by way of a fluid connection so that the hollow cylinder is arranged in a fluid line between the receptacle and the interior of the cartridge. A pump plunger is arranged in the hollow cylinder, which is axially displaceable in the hollow cylinder, and an opening device, which is movably mounted against the deformable side wall of the receptacle. The opening device extends into the hollow cylinder, wherein, by pressing the pump plunger into the hollow cylinder, the opening device is to be pressed against the deformable side wall of the receptacle so that the deformable side wall deforms such that a monomer liquid container located in the receptacle is to be opened by the pressure of the opening device.
