摘要： Present invention relates to the method and apparatus for removing a plastic film from packages, where packages covered by the plastic film are introduced to the first transport path characterized in that an sorbent (12) is introduced to the second transport path. Next the sorbent (12) is heated to the flow temperature of the plastic that is removed, in particular plastics from the polyolefin's group. Afterwards within the common part of the first and second transport path (2) of the separating device the sorbent (12) is mixed with transported packages (11) covered with a plastic film. A sieve (8) of the separating device directs sorbent (12) covered by absorbed plastic to the removing path (6,9), while packages (11) free from plastic film are directed towards the exit gate (4) of the separating device.

摘要： There is provided a supporting plate having a structure in which a solvent can be supplied to an adhesive layer between the supporting plate and a substrate such as a semiconductor wafer in a short period of time after the substrate is thinned, and also a method for stripping the supporting plate.The supporting plate may have a larger diameter than the semiconductor wafer, and penetrating holes are formed in the supporting plate. The outer peripheral portion of the supporting plate is a flat portion in which no penetrating hole is formed. When alcohol is poured from above the supporting plate, the alcohol reaches the adhesive layer through the penetrating holes, dissolves and removes the adhesive layer.

The porous fine particles have a mean particle diameter in the range of 0.5 to 20 μm and a specific surface area in the range of 1 to 1000 m2/g. The release sheet is produced by using the composition.

摘要： A process for forming a patterned thin film structure on a substrate or in-mold decoration film is disclosed. A pattern is printed with a material, such as a masking coating or ink, on the substrate, the pattern being such that, in one embodiment, the desired structures will be formed in the areas where the printed material is not present, i.e., a negative image of thin film structure to be formed is printed. In another embodiment, the pattern is printed with a material that is difficult to strip from the substrate, and the desired thin film structures will be formed in the areas where the printed material is present, i.e., a positive image of the thin film structure is printed. The thin film material is deposited on the patterned substrate, and the undesired area is stripped, leaving behind the patterned thin film structure.

摘要： A ground wiring layer and a signal wiring layer are formed on a base insulating layer. A cover insulating layer is formed on the base insulating layer with an adhesive layer therebetween to cover the ground wiring layer and the signal wiring layer except for a certain region on the ground wiring layer. An electromagnetic shield layer is formed on the certain region of the ground wiring layer and the cover insulating layer. A resin solution is applied on a release sheet and dried, so that a transfer sheet including the resin layer and the release sheet is formed. Then, the surface of the resin layer is placed on the top surface of the electromagnetic shield layer and these layers are heated and pressurized, so that the transfer sheet is laminated on the electromagnetic shield layer. Thereafter, the release sheet is removed.
