摘要： The present invention relates to a laminate, preferably a flooring laminate suitable for use wherever traction is needed or desired, whether due to natural or man-made conditions either indoors or outdoors. The laminate can be applied over existing flooring. The laminate includes a base layer and a traction layer including a grit material dispersed on a polymer. The base layer comprises a cured rubber blend which has been granulated to a predetermined size and subsequently rebonded with a polymeric base adhesive composition. At least some portion of the grit material of the traction layer protrudes from the polymeric composition to provide anti-slip properties.

摘要： According to the invention there is provided a ventilating decorative floor covering (1) for loose laying on the upper surface of a floor, which floor covering has a decorative upper surface (5) and a lower surface (15) on which are formed one or more studs (20) which, in use, provide an air gap between the lower surface (15) of the floor covering and the upper surface of the floor sufficient to ventilate the floor. The floor covering can be applied to concrete floors which have not completely cured or on contaminated sub-floors, thus negating the need for timely and expensive sub-floor preparation.

The covering is formed of a top layer of fibrous material, such as carpet, a bottom layer of adhesive applied at a basis weight of between 185-1000 gsm, and a heating element sandwiched between. The heating element may be supported by an intermediate layer, such as rubber mat, or may be embedded into the adhesive. A control system may be provided for the heating element. A release sheet is secured over the adhesive for removal during installation. The covering can be sized for a step or a walkway.

摘要： An improved support system for an injection molded floor tile that eliminates sink marks on the top surface of the floor tile. The sink marks are eliminated by vertically aligning the support system below the main floor panel with a surface structure above the main floor panel. Therefore, during the cooling process after injection molding the floor tile, the material on the top surface of the floor tile does not sink or depress because of the proximity of the surface structure. The surface structure is at least one vertical structure or protuberance that rises above the top surface of the main floor panel. In addition, the support system maintains the structural integrity and rigidity necessary to support various loads on top of the floor tile.

摘要： The present invention relates to a cold-stamped anti-slip pattern structure of a metal sheet which includes a metal plate and a plurality of raised anti-slip patterns. The metal plate in elongated or square shape has thickness of 2null6 mm, and is preferably made of stainless steel or equivalent material. The raised anti-slip patterns are formed in punching process, arranged in vertically staggered way and protrude on the surface of the metal plate. Every raised anti-slip pattern is inclined at the angle of 45null relative to the metal plate when it is convexly stamped on the surface of the metal plate. The both sides thereof are symmetrically arched and converge toward both ends thereof, thereby creating a leaf shape. The raised top in leaf shape has a flat surface while the rim thereof is constructed as a slope. Based upon the above-mentioned configuration, the anti-slip effect can be enhanced, it's easy to produce and the structural strength can be increased.
