摘要： A solution reactor allows the solution L to contact with the reactant gas G, and the component contained in the solution L is chemically changed by means of the reactant gas G. The reactor includes a nozzle 41 for spraying the solution L into a state of mists M, and a pressure feed unit 42 for feeding the reactant gas G, which is pressurized, into the nozzle 41. Further, in the reactor, the pressure feed unit 42 feeds such pressurized reactant gas G to the nozzle 41 to be flown fast, so that the nozzle 41 allows the fast flowing reactant gas G to contact with the solution and the solution L is broken into the state of mists M to be jetted out, and thus the component contained in the solution L is chemically changed by means of the reactant gas G.

摘要： In the present invention, a solution containing a target substance is atomized into a mist in an atomizer 1 to produce a mixed fluid of mist and air. In the collection of the mist from this mixed fluid, an air transmission membrane 51 of a pore size is used that transmits air but does not transmit the target substance contained in the mist. In the present invention, the mixed fluid is brought into contact with the primary surface of the air transmission membrane 51, and the pressure on the primary surface is made higher than the pressure on the secondary surface of the opposite side, whereby the air in the mixed fluid is let to pass through the air transmission membrane 51 to separate part or all of the air contained in the mixed fluid.

摘要： An ultrasonic solution separator comprises an ultrasonic atomization chamber supplied with a solution containing a target material; an ultrasonic oscillator producing mist from the solution in the ultrasonic atomization chamber with ultrasonic oscillation; a power supply for ultrasonics connected to the ultrasonic oscillator, the power supply supplying high-frequency power to the ultrasonic oscillator so that the ultrasonic oscillator oscillates at an ultrasonic frequency; and a collection portion transporting the mist produced by the ultrasonic oscillator with a carrier gas and aggregating and collecting the mist included in the carrier gas. The ultrasonic separator aggregates and collects the mist produced in the ultrasonic atomization chamber by means of the collection portion. With this ultrasonic solution separator, the temperature of carrier gas in the ultrasonic atomization chamber is at least 5° C. higher than the carrier gas in the collection portion.
