摘要： Fractionation, the process used by refineries to break down carbon chains of petroleum compounds so that the desired carbon compound can be achieved. This process typically involves high heat, distillation, re-boiling, and energy intensive cooling processes. This application discloses an invention that will condense vapor produced by a pyrolysis reactor. This system uses one standard cyclone; three cascading cyclones with internal cyclonic rotation fins that force incoming vapor to maintain a fixed amount of rotation regardless of the vapor's velocity, heat sinks that increase condensation, reversing fins that force gases to reverse direction inside the cyclone decreasing vapor velocity to increase heat loss; a main collection tank that allows for the controlling of the fuel flash point; a compact low temperature coil cooler that uses 100 percent of the cooling surface that allows for the production of higher quality fuel; and, bubblers/scrubbers that produce back pressure into the pyrolysis reactor.

摘要： A method and device are provided for purifying and recycling water vapor from a coal drying process. Included are a temperature-lowering and dehumidifying process, a flash distillation stripping process, and a vacuum condensing process. A condensing tower receives a temperature-lowered exhaust gas with high humidity from a cooling tube and a condensed water of 5˜60° C. from a flash distillation tank, allowing the exhaust gas and the condensed water to contact each other in a vapor-liquid reverse manner, to lower the temperature and dehumidify the exhaust gas. The flash distillation tank performs a vacuum flash distillation to the condensing water pumped therein from the condensing tower. Water vapor of 5˜60° C. evaporated through flash distillation in the flash distillation tank enters into the demisting washer to be dehumidified and then is condensed. The condensed water in the vapor condenser is transferred into a recycled water tank. Non-condensable gas is discharged out.

A water delivery system delivers the extracted water from the water making apparatus to the turbine to clean the blades of the turbine while the turbine is on-line. A water feeder is provided for feeding the extracted water from the water making apparatus to the water delivery system.A method for cleaning turbines on-line comprises extracting water from air directly at a turbine site having a turbine and treating the air and the extracted water to obtain extremely clean water having a conductivity of less than 3. This extremely clean water is then fed to the turbine to clean the turbine blades while the turbine is on-line. Preferably the extremely clean water is fed through a deionizer before being fed to the turbine.
