    • A method for manufacturing a geared motor is provided to generate stable power by make a housing, on which a train shaft is attached, coupled with a plate. A geared motor includes a motor, a gear train, and a housing. One end of the train shaft is coupled with an inner side of the housing, such that the train shaft is fixed on the housing(S10). An output shaft is coupled with the inner side of the housing(S20). The gear train is mounted on the inner side of the housing, such that the output shaft is gear-coupled with the train shaft. The motor, from which a driving shaft is exposed, is coupled with the housing through one side of the housing, where a plate is coupled(S30). The gear-coupling process is performed, such that power is transferred from the driving shaft to the output shaft.

    • PURPOSE: A gear for the backlash removal is provided to remove the backlash by combining the second gear to the first gear in rotating manner. CONSTITUTION: A first gear(120) is rotated as being connected to one end of the rotation shaft. A second gear(130) is combined to a combining protrusion of the first gear in rotatable manner. A cylinder(140) is arranged in the first installation groove. Both ends of the cylinder are respectively connected to the first gear and the second gear so that the second gear rotates in one direction.
