    • PURPOSE: A yoke joint assembly is provided to easily recognize the faulty assembly a yoke and a shaft and to effectively assemble a yoke joint and a shaft. CONSTITUTION: A yoke joint assembly(100) comprises a yoke(110), a bolt member(120), a shaft(130), a slip member(140), and a fastening member(150). The yoke is equipped with a serration hole(114). The bolt member restricts the shaft which is inserted into the serration hole. The shaft is equipped with a serration(132) to correspond to the serration of the yoke. The slip member is detachably attached to one end of the shaft which is inserted into the serration hole in the longitudinal direction. The fastening member rotatably joins the slip member which is joined to the shaft.

    • PURPOSE: A universal joint structure is provided to prevent the idling of a bearing case on inner surfaces of yokes when transmitting driving force, by preventing the slipping of the bearing case, thereby reducing the noise and vibration due to the slippage of the bearing case and increasing the power transmission efficiency.     • 십자축의 각 트러니온(trunnion)의 외주면에 있어서 롤러베어링의 롤러의 궤도면이 되는 영역의 박리수명이나 구부림 피로강도를 향상시키는 것을 그 과제로 한다.
      십자축(4)은 다수열의 롤러베어링(5A~5D)이 외장되는 4개의 트러니온(41~44)을 갖는다. 각 트러니온(41~44)의 단면에 요부(46)가 배치되고 있다. 이 요부(46)의 바닥측 영역(46a)은 구면형상으로 형성되고 있다. 이 요부(46)에 있어서 구면형상의 바닥측 영역(46a)을 제외한 개구측 영역(46b)의 내경치수는 요부(46)의 개구단테두리를 향함에 따라 점차 크게 설정되고 있다. 요부(46)의 개구단테두리로부터 가장깊은 부까지의 깊이가 롤러의 축심방향 길이의 30~70%로 설정되고 있다. 이와같은 펀치볼모양의 요부(46)을 배치함으로써 십자축(4)의 각 트러니온(41~44)의 충분한 강도를 확보하며 각 트러니온(41~44)의 강성을 낮출 수 있다.
