    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten output and improve C.O.P. by specifying the ratio of the diameter of a rotary shaft from the upper end to the eccentric part to the diameter of the rotary shaft from the eccentric part to the lower end. SOLUTION: This rotary shaft 4 is integratedly formed out of an upper rotary shaft 4a (diameter D1), an eccentric part 18, and a lower rotary shaft 4b (diameter D2), the diameter D2 of the lower rotary shaft 4b is made smaller than the diameter D1 of the upper rotary shaft 4a, and hence a problem that a roller 19 can not be mounted on the eccentric part 18 is not generated even if the eccentricity is enlarged. The ratio (D2/D1) is less than one, and it is favorably desired to be over 12.5/16 and less than one. In the case of being less than 12.5/16, a problem of shortage of strength is generated in the rotary shaft 4.

    • 본 고안은 로우터리형 압축기에 관한 것으로, 종래의 로우터리형 압축기는 그 구성부분중 로터가 비대칭이므로 로터작동시 진동과 소음이 심하였던 문제가 있었다.
      본 고안은 예시도면 도 3 내지 도 4와 같이, 전동모터의 회전으로 회전하는 로터가 가름판(14)을 중심으로 상·하부로터(16)(10)로 분리된 형상인 것으로, 상부로터(16)가 냉매를 흡입압축을 하고 있으면 하부로터(10)는 냉매를 토출을 하게 되고, 하부로터(10)가 흡입압축을 하게 될때 상부로터(16)는 토출을 하게 되므로 기존의 로터를 사용할 때와 같은 일을 하게 되는 동시에 압축기 전체로 볼때는 상·하부로터가 비대칭이 아닌 축대칭이므로 로터회전시 진동과 소음을 줄일 수 있게 되는 것이다.

    • A rotary pump and a motor using the same are provided to form arc-shaped grooves on outer periphery of a cylindrical rotor and mount plungers in complementary number with the arc-shaped grooves to a housing of the rotor, thereby realizing input and output of fluid by contact between the arc-shaped grooves and the plungers. A rotary pump includes a shaft(10), and a rotor(20) having a long cylinder part and three or more arc-shaped grooves(20b) formed on an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder part by a predetermined interval, wherein the arc-shaped grooves have different phase differences from each other. A cylindrical housing(30) is mounted with a cover(31) at an end and receives the rotor. Three or more plungers(40) reciprocates with respect to the housing by movement elements(50). The housing consists of an inlet port(60) for fluid supply toward the arc-shaped grooves, and an outlet port(70) for fluid discharge from the arc-shaped grooves.
