    • 본발명은가변베인펌프에관한것으로서, 서로대향하는위치에흡입구및 토출구가형성되고, 내부에내부공간이마련된하우징과, 상기하우징내부에상대이동가능하게설치되는것으로서, 상기내부공간을상기흡입구및 토출구에연통되는펌프공간으로구획하는캠링과, 상기펌프공간에인입되게상기하우징에설치되는회전축과, 상기회전축에설치되어상기회전축과함께회전하는로터와, 상기로터에진퇴가능하게설치되어상기캠링의내주면에밀착되는다수의베인과, 상기하우징에설치되며, 상기회전축에대해상기캠링이편심되도록상기캠링에상기회전축의회전중심방향으로탄성력을제공하는탄성부재와, 상기흡입구및 토출구사이의상기하우징에설치되는것으로서, 상기회전축의회전속도에따라상기회전축에대한상기캠링의편심위치가조절되도록상기캠링의외주면과상기하우징의내주면사이에, 상기토출구를통해토출된오일중 일부가유입되는유입공간을형성하는이격조절부를구비한다. 본발명에따른가변베인펌프는캠링과하우징사이에펌프로부터토출되는오일중 일부가유입되는유입공간을형성하여토출되는오일의압력을이용하여펌프의회전당토출유량을가감시키므로구조가비교적단순하며, 밸브의마찰이발생되지않아내구성이향상되어사용수명이증가하는장점이있다.

    • PURPOSE: An oil pump is provided to reduce torque by changing eccentricity of an inner rotor and an outer rotor depending on increased internal hydraulic pressure of the pump because a spring is arranged in the oil pump to apply elasticity in opposite direction each other with respect to the outer rotor. CONSTITUTION: An oil pump(100) includes a body(110), an outer rotor(120), a pumping unit(140), a first spring supporting part, a second spring supporting part (122b), a first supporting spring(130a), a second supporting spring(130b), and an oil valve chamber. The body has a suction line which sucks oil from an oil fan and a supply line which supplies the oil flowing from the suction line to each friction part of an engine. A rotary seal is formed inside the outer rotor. The pumping unit is installed in the rotary room of the outer rotor and pumps the oil to the supply line by rotating according to drive of a driving shaft. The first and the second spring supporting part are faced each other on the exterior of the outer rotor. The first supporting spring supports the outer rotor. The second supporting spring applies elasticity to the outer rotor in opposite direction with the firs supporting spring.
