    • The present invention relates to an automatic window opening/closing device having a manual opening/closing function. According to the present invention, a window is pulled by electric power that is generated by an electric motor so that the window is electrically opened/closed while opening/closing of the window through a manual operation is allowed. The present invention includes a main body; an electric motor that generates torque; a sprocket that is disposed in the main body with a pivot structure; a pull chain that is launched on the sprocket and pulls a window while advancing and retracting in response to forward/reverse rotation of the sprocket; and a link shaft that rotates in response to the torque which is generated by the electric motor. A shaft hole is formed in the sprocket for link shaft penetration, and a collecting portion collected with the shaft hole of the sprocket and an idle portion that is not collected with the shaft hole of the sprocket are formed in the link shaft that is disposed to have an elevation structure in the main body through the shaft hole of the sprocket. When the link shaft that is disposed to have the elevation structure rises and the collecting portion is inserted into the shaft hole of the sprocket, the sprocket forms a powered opening/closing state linked to the electric motor through the link shaft. When the link shaft is lowered by pressure and the idle portion is inserted into the shaft hole of the sprocket, the sprocket forms a manual opening/closing state not linked to the electric motor.

    • The present invention relates to an assembly type housing for a window opening and closing device and a window opening and closing device having the same. The housing which has a chain module for receiving a chain joined to a window and a driving module for providing a driving force to open and close the window includes a first housing of which one side of an end part forms a part of an opening part perforated to allow the chain to access the opening part and which forms a part of the external appearance of the housing; and a second housing of which one side is detachably connected with the first housing, of which the other side forms a part of the opening part and forms the other part of the external appearance of the housing, wherein the first housing and the second housing are detachably connected in the longitudinal direction of the housing. The assembly type housing according to the present invention can achieve consistent and continuous work and enhance economic feasibility by reducing manufacturing expenses, such as transportation costs and assembly costs. The assembly type housing does not need a wide space because work is simple and convenient and it is easily stored.
