The first belt is connected to the first pulley and the second pulley and converts the rotational motion of the second pulley into the linear motion. The first door and the second door are connected to the first belt and slides according to the operation of the first door. The dropping member falls down so that the first door and the second door be opened when the power provided from outside is quarantined.

The power/non-power switch valves include first and third ports. The first port is connected with the floodgate cylinder and the weight cylinder. The third port is connected with an input/output unit of an automatic liquid flow control valve.
