    • PURPOSE: A purification method of potassium iodide from Polaroid film waste water is provided to efficiently eliminate impurities from Polaroid film waste water and purify potassium iodide. CONSTITUTION: A purification method of potassium iodide from Polaroid film waste water comprises the following steps: concentrating the waste water until the concentration of the iodination potassium becomes 3-6% by using a reverse osmosis system; primary vacuum concentrating the waste water until the concentration of the iodination potassium becomes 12-20%; removing precipitates generated after cooling; vacuum concentrating the remaining solution until the concentration of the iodination potassium becomes 25-35%; removing the filtrate generated after cooling; removing the filtrate after reacting calcium hydroxide with the filtrate of the process; reacting calcium ion within the filtrate with carbonate ion and removing the created calcium carbonate; removing residual calcium ion by using weak acid cation exchange resins in the filtrate of the process; and processing activated charcoal on the filtrate filtering thereof.
    • 目的:提供偏光片薄膜废水中碘化钾的净化方法,有效消除偏光片薄膜废水中的杂质,净化碘化钾。 构成:偏光片废水中碘化钾的纯化方法包括以下步骤:通过反渗透系统浓缩废水直到碘化钾浓度达到3-6%; 初级真空浓缩废水直到碘化钾浓度达到12-20%; 去除冷却后产生的沉淀物; 真空浓缩剩余溶液直到碘化钾浓度达到25-35%; 除去冷却后产生的滤液; 将氢氧化钙与该方法的滤液反应后除去滤液; 使滤液中的钙离子与碳酸根离子反应并除去生成的碳酸钙; 在该过程的滤液中使用弱酸阳离子交换树脂除去残留的钙离子; 并对滤液过滤处理活性炭。

    • PURPOSE: A process for preparing high purity calcium chloride from waste shells for the application to pharmaceutical and food uses is provided. CONSTITUTION: In calcium dissolving tank(20), waste shells such as oyster and waste shell-derived calcium carbonate, calcium oxides, calcium hydroxide are reacted with 2-38wt.% of aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid until its hydrogen concentration come to be higher than pH7. Unreacted siliceous and organic impurities are removed in sedimentation tank(35). Aqueous solution of calcium chloride obtained by above method is added with ammonia in a reactor(50) to precipitate soluble impurities in the form of hydroxides. And then, the aqueous solution of calcium chloride is filtered by passing through cartridge filter(60) followed by processing in crystallization tank(65), belt press(71), and dryer(80) for moisture removal.
