    • 본발명은강판의엔드마크감소를위한슬리브유닛에관한것으로서, 더욱상세하게는강판을코일형태로권취하는경우에강판에발생하는엔드마크를현저하게감소시킬수 있는강판의엔드마크감소를위한슬리브유닛에관한것이다. 본발명에따른강판의엔드마크감소를위한슬리브유닛은압연강판을권취하기위한맨드릴의외주면을감싸도록형성되고, 외주면에는상기맨드릴을향해소정깊이인입되는복수의인입홈이형성된탄성슬리브와; 상기탄성슬리브의인입홈에각각결합되고, 탄성을가지는복수의탄성링;을구비하는것을특징으로한다. 본발명에따른강판의엔드마크감소를위한슬리브유닛은강판을권취할때, 강판의끝단에접하는부분과대응되는탄성링의일부분은그 이외의주변보다상대적으로더 많이압축변형되고, 강판의끝단에인접한부분은강판의끝단에대응되는부분보다상대적으로압축변형이덜 이루어지게됨으로써탄성링의국소적인변형차이에의해강판의끝단과그 위로중첩되는강판에엔드마크가발생되는것을효과적으로감소시킬수 있다.
