A blower head (50) is configured by forming an air flow control exhaust unit (60) in a nozzle plate (55). A plurality of ejection holes (55b) are formed in the nozzle plate (55). The air flow control exhaust unit (60) forms an exhaust pipe (61). The exhaust pipe (61) is formed in a widthwise direction of the film (30) to have the same width as the width of the blower head (50). A film (30) is floated by ejecting dry air (49) from the ejection holes (55b) of the blower head (50). The dry air (49) contacting the film (30) is discharged to a lateral side of the film (30) by the exhaust pipe (61). The dry air (49) does not stay around the film (30). Vibrations are restrained even though the film (30) vibrates due to external turbulence, ensuring vibration-resisting property.     • PURPOSE: A contacless web transferring and turning device is provided to minimize the amount of fluid supplied by decreasing the loss of fluid and reduce power loss by the low-speed rotation of a fluid supply source. CONSTITUTION: A contacless web transferring and turning device comprises a fluid supply source, a semicircular frame(20), a nozzle unit(30), and a blocking plate(40). The fluid supply source supplies compressible and incompressible fluid. The semicircular frame holds a plurality of fluid supply pipes formed in an axial direction along semicircular circumference. The nozzle units are installed on the outer circumferential surface of the semicircular frame. The nozzle unit is communicated with each fluid supply pipe. Coanda nozzles(33) are formed on the nozzle unit at narrow intervals.
