    • A self-magnetizing motor improving magnetization is provided to improve magnetization of a permanent magnet body of a rotor by nearly approaching an exciting pole to the rotor. A rotor includes a rotor body(12), one or more bar conductors(13) penetrating the rotor body in an axial direction, and a rotor having a permanent magnet body(14) surrounding the rotor body. A stator(20) includes a cavity part(21), a plurality of inductive slots(22,23) formed radially from an inner circumference of the cavity part, two adjacent exciting slots(24), and an exciting pole(25). An exciting coil penetrates the exciting slots. An inductive coil penetrates the plurality of inductive slots.

    • PURPOSE: A brushless DC motor having auxiliary wire added to an armature wire is provided to improve a torque constant and efficiency of a motor by winding an auxiliary wire around a connection portion between tooth of the slot stator. CONSTITUTION: A slot stator(10) is formed by connecting 9 teeth(11) to each other. A main wire(20) is wound around 9 teeth(11). An auxiliary wire(21) is wound around connection portions among the teeth of the slot stator(10). A permanent magnet rotator(40) of 12 poles is located at a predetermined aperture(30) from the slot stator(10). A phase A(50) is formed by performing a winding process according to an order of a tooth A1(11a), a tooth A1'(11a'), a tooth A2(11b), a tooth A2'(11b'), a tooth A3(11c), and a tooth A3'(11c'). A phase B(60) is formed by performing the winding process according to an order of a tooth B1(11d), a tooth B1'(11d'), a tooth B2(11e), a tooth B2'(11e'), a tooth B3(11f), and a tooth B3'(11f'). A phase C(70) is formed by performing the winding process according to an order of a tooth C1(11g), a tooth C1'(11g'), a tooth C2(11h), a tooth C2'(11h'), a tooth C3(11i), and a tooth C3'(11i').
